Pros: Great place to recommend! The host is very responsive and kind to reply my message. The location was very convenient, in a very quiet residential area. The apartment is very clean, nice and large for a family in japan. Beds are comfy and so are the mattresses in the tatami. We are happy to come back again.

Pros: The location is just around 10 minutes walk from Naka Itabashi station, lovely town, very local, and the host are also very responsive and helpful & answered my questions thoughtfully with care.

Cons: There are not enough floormat on the floor

Just perfect! Best place to stay in Tokyo!

Pros: Everything was perfect!! The host is very responsive and extremely kind, he helped us with everything we needed during our stay and made sure we're comfortable. The location was very convenient, not far from the station, close to 7-eleven and supermarket, in a very quiet residential area. The apartment was recently renovated and it shows - it was super clean and the electronic devices were all new and shiny. The apartment is quite large for a Japanese house, the bedrooms are specious and have big closets in them. Beds were very comfy and so are the mattresses in the tatami room, shower was big with great water pressure. We would absolutely stay here again!

There are plenty of food options and supermarkets a short walk to Oyama shopping street.

Pros: Location was a short walk around 7 minutes from the train station.

Cons: I understand this is common in Japan due to lack of space, but there are only 2 chairs around the small dining table, so a family of four had to take turns to eat at the table.

We had an exceptional time at this location. Cute location. Highly recommend.

Pros: Beautiful residence. Spacious and location was great with a 7/11 and a market close by; approx 3 blocks away. Clear instructions on how to get to the location as well as processes that need to be taken.

Cons: Great English translations used; would be helpful to locate wash and dry features for clothes washing/drying with English texts. However this was not a big issue by any means; using a translation app was very helpful and easy to figure out.

Pros: Het huis was heel leuk style vol ingericht in Japanse style. Het huis was heel netjes en heel schoon. En goed . Badkamer en toilet waren heel netjes en schoon . De keuken was netjes en schoon . En voorzien van de nodige apparatuur en servies en bestek om daar te kunnen verblijven . Inclusief een nette koelkast en magnetron een wasmachine om je kleren te wassen .

Cons: Het huis is heel gehorig. Je hoort de boven buren . Vooral als de buren bij hun huis naar binnen gaan. Dan leek het net of ze bij ons naar binnen kwamen . En het pad naar de voordeur is niet betegeld. Je loopt door de modder naar de voordeur.

Spazi comuni al limite per 3 persone Le foto/info mandate dall'host molto accurate

Cons: Un leggero odore sgradevole soprattutto nella seconda camera a dx. Mancano coltelli. Manca un stendino per indumenti bagnati. cucina/ingresso molto piccola. Non c'è una vera zona pranzo per poter mangiare.
