Pros: It's got a great location, and it's very good value for money

Cons: It's was pretty small. It's not like we did not know that was the case when we booked it, but it is something to be aware of

Pros: A great location and plenty of clear and useful information sent so you know how to find the flat. It's situated on the top floor, so no one above you! Incredibly clean, very comfortable bed, lots of space to move in the kitchen area. Two big windows that can open, AC, plenty of hangers/laundry bits and bobs. A manual which provides info in English and Chinese about how to use the various domestic gadgets. Loads of great restaurants and convenience stores close by! If I had a question, I'd just send them a message over this app and they'd get back to me really fast. Very clear communication. WiFi was great, managed to have some video calls and they went very smoothly for the most part. Felt very homely and cosy, will definitely be back in the future!

Cons: There's no lift and the stairs are very narrow. It's only three floors up, it just feels slightly longer if you'd got a big, heavy suitcase! No bidet with the toilet, not the end of the world, but it was missed! The stairwell is very echoey, sometimes you can hear people crashing about, but not very often at all. It felt a bit alarming having a sign on the wall saying 'no noise or loud talking past 21:00 or the neighbours might call the police', understandable, but just made me feel a bit anxious.

Excellent séjour à Tokyo !

Pros: L'emplacement du logement était très bien, dans un quartier calme. Une station de métro se trouve à 2 minutes à pied, ce qui a été parfait pour toutes les visites que nous avons fait durant notre séjour. L'appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire, tout était parfait !

Cons: Le lit était un peu petit en largeur, correspond plus aux lits pour 1 personne et demi. Il faut absolument avoir internet pour récupérer les codes d'accès 1h avant le Check-in, ils ne sont pas communiqués avant, ce qui peut être problématique si l'on arrive à Tokyo sans avoir de carte sim.

Pros: Excelente ubicación. A media cuadra de la estación de tren. Fácil acceso a todos los puntos de interés en Tokio. Indicaciones claras y fáciles para llegar. Limpio. Cómodo, excelente señal de wifi.

Pros: 位置很好 安靜的住宅區 離車站很近 到池袋換車也不用很久 附近有便利商店跟超市 吃飯的地方也很多 浴室廁所空間都算大

Cons: 房內沒有全身鏡 有點麻煩 電視的位置不太好基本上用不到

Eccellente, ma leggete il mio consiglio per entrare nell'edificio

Pros: Il monolocale è perfettamente accessoriato, c'è tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno, compresa una lavatrice e... il bagno diventa una enorme asciugatrice con aria calda regolabile! Era tutto molto pulito e curato, il letto molto comodo. La posizione è molto buona, a pochi passi dal trenino che porta in centro e c'è un supermercato aperto fino a tardi a 2 min a piedi. Per qualsiasi problema è facile comunicare da remoto con il proprietario o l'agenzia incaricata e ci sono istruzioni dettagliate per ogni cosa. Il self check-in è molto comodo, MA leggete il mio consiglio sull'accesso. In definitiva, rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente.

Cons: IMPORTANTE: il portone d'ingresso dell'edificio si apre solo se digitate il codice d'accesso seguito dal simbolo molto rapidamente, se lo fate lentamente o se aspettate di vedere i numeri sullo schermo il portone non si aprirà. Purtroppo, non lo sapevamo e per i primi 3 giorni abbiamo avuto difficoltà ad entrare, con conseguente stress (che facciamo se non incontriamo nessuno che sta uscendo quando noi rientriamo?). Il proprietario o l'agenzia ci hanno fornito assistenza da remoto, ma solo dopo avergli inviato un video di come inseriamo il codice è stato individuato il problema. Per il resto, è stato tutto perfetto.

Pros: 宿泊前のやりとりから凄く丁寧なやりとりをして頂けました 文字だけのやりとりでも不安や不満は一切なく安心できるやりとりでした 宿泊施設も利便性もよく綺麗で落ち着く室内でしたので終始気持ち良かったです
