First visit to Japan! A family-friendly stay with a warm welcome.

Pros: The space was sufficient for our family & bags, convenient to local stores for grab & go options and it was as described, pleasant and clean. Loved that the toilet was private and the overall common area's were open plan. The property is accessible via a small lift, but we managed and enjoyed the relaxed & quiet environment. Our first visit to Japan, so our first night's stay here - we were happy with the overall experience! Host had excellent communication which was a big plus, thank you for being so responsive. Made all the difference : )

Cons: That it wasn't as obvious or clear where the access/entry was. Our private driver (via Narita Airport) also had trouble but this is at no fault of the host, as the instructions were clear and images were provided. We were simply unfamiliar with the area and the language barrier - but we got there in the end.

A very enjoyable first few nights in Japan and its capital.

Pros: Village Gotanda was a short 8-10 minute walk from Gotanda station which has the JR Yamonte line. This line is very convenient for travelling to many of the tourist sites in Tokyo. A bonus was that the location was not in these very crowded tourist districts but an area where, it seemed to us, local people lived, went to work, school etc. It was an oasis of calm in comparison.

Cons: The entrance to the building on the ground floor could do with some TLC. A coat of paint would work wonders here to freshen up things. That is probably not the responsibility, though, of the apartment owners so it may be unfair to flag it up here.

Pros: 地點真的很棒，附近有五反田跟大崎站。附近藥妝店、超市、餐廳都很方便。老闆人不錯，因為是四人入住還願意幫忙多準備地舖很貼心。

Cons: 雖然有提供電視，但擺放的位置可能無法讓所有人一起放鬆看。如果有烘衣機會更好。

Pros: Die Dachterrasse ist phänomenal! Es fehlt wirklich nichts - sogar Waschmittel war da! Die Lahe an der Yamanote-Linie ist ideal

素敵なお部屋で最高の旅でした

Pros: 入った瞬間、わぁ素敵って声が出ましたまるでおうちに帰って来たようで快適でした何より、バルコニーが最高でした季節も良く心地よかったので、夕食後の団らんや朝食もバルコニーでしました立地も良く駅から近い上にスーパー、コンビニ、ドラッグストアもあり何も不便がなかったです

Cons: ベッドが私たちには高すぎでした

全体的に綺麗で広くてよかったです！

Pros: 外観は歴史がある感じでしたが、中の部屋はリノベされててとても綺麗で広く、トイレと洗面バス別でよかったです。テラスもびっくりする位、広かったです。布団に電気毛布が敷かれていて、ベッドであたたかくぐっすり眠ることができました。大人四人で泊まったので、1つ布団を増やして貰う（ベッドは3つありました）ことができました。寒かったので、電気ストーブがありがたかったです。朝ごはんは、近くの三井ガーデンホテルでモーニングビュッフェをいただきましたが、とても美味しかったです。

Cons: どれも小さなことですが…冬なので、暖房をオンにしても部屋が広い分暖まるのに時間がかかりました。スリッパが古かったので気になる方は使い捨てスリッパ持参されるとよいかもです。歯ブラシはありません。バスタオルが古くてガサガサしていました。もう少し柔らかいとありがたいです。TVがあってもよかったかなということとあとは、五反田駅からは10分くらい歩きました。

Pros: Gran departamento con una hermosa terraza propia y todas las comodidades. Muy bien ubicado, cerca del Yamanote. Dos supermercados cerca (una y dos cuadras). Zona muy tranquila. Múltiples opciones para comer. La comunicación con el personal encargado fue excelente. Atentos y disponibles en todo momento.
