Great place

Pros: Very clean room and private toilet. There is a small bathtub (half-length) also in the toilet. Large beds. The room has a tiny kitchen, fridge kettle, and microwave. Although check-in is 16 hours, I think you can walk in a bit early. It is self-check in using the PIN numbers for the main door and the room door.

Cons: There is nothing bad about the place. Maybe it's 1km away from the station. But the walking is ok. And especially through a vibrant street with lots of shops, food stores, etc.

Estancia buena en Tokyo !

Pros: Está bien para unos dos en Tokyo 🥰 lo malo que hace mucho frío pero ha aire acondicionado

Good value for money

Pros: It’s a very good value for money, the room had a small kitchenette with abundance in tableware, also a microwave, a big fridge, a kettle and a steam iron and ironing board for clothes, keep in mind there is no Japanese style toilet/ bidet. Regarding the location, it’s located in a very quiet and decent neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo with a convenience store and a coin laundry just around the corner. It’s a bit away from the metro station about 15 minutes walking, 9 minutes walking to the nearest bus station but that is already stated - we weren’t surprised- on the contrary we enjoyed our daily commute to the station and wandering the streets of that lovely neighbourhood. We totally enjoyed our short accommodation there.

Behalve de omschreven ervaring met de host hebben wij een aangenaam verblijf gehad.

Pros: De accommodatie is centraal gelegen en is in een rustige buurt. Het is op loopafstand van de metro en een half uur lopen naar Shinjuku. De zelf check-in verliep vloeiend en we ontvingen tijdig de informatie. De host was goed bereikbaar en reageerde snel op vragen. Ook was het bed goed.

Cons: Wij ervaarden dat de host niet heel erg behulpzaam was. Eén van onze koffers was kapot en in Japan is het lastig om deze weg te gooien. We vroegen halverwege ons verblijf advies aan de host over waar wij de koffer zouden kunnen brengen. De host liet ons herhaaldelijk weten dat dit onze eigen verantwoordelijkheid was en dat het niet acceptabel zou zijn als we het achter zouden laten. Dit was ook niet ons plan. De avond voor vertrek ontvingen wij een mail met informatie over uitchecken waarin stond dat wij een dag voor vertrek contact konden opnemen over eventueel achter te laten kapotte koffers. Deze informatie is tegenstrijdig, omdat wij niet geholpen werden. Het zou fijn geweest zijn als de host had meegedacht over een oplossing. Daarnaast ontvingen wij na het verblijf een bericht over de beoordeling van het verblijf. Hierin werd sterk aangedrongen op een positieve beoordeling. Hierdoor hebben wij het idee dat de beoordeling op Booking een vertekend beeld zou kunnen geven.

Bon quartier

Pros: J’ai beaucoup apprécié cet établissement, car il offrait une véritable immersion dans un quartier très résidentiel de Tokyo. Je tiens notamment à souligner la compact habilité de la chambre qui était assez petite. Il y avait peu de rangement mise à part ça c’était pas mal ne prenait pas pour Lawson ou Seven Eleven le jus avec 90 fruits dedans. Et vous serez satisfait de votre séjour.

Cons: Regarde au-dessus

Pros: l'emplacement dans les petites rues calmes et proche des stations de métro et bus appartement très bien équipé

Cons: un peu étroit et difficile d'ouvrir deux gros sacs
