Pros: This is the most comfortable bed I've ever had while travelling. The house is like a studio flat, with a balcony, it's very well located on a quite alley but close to the main road where all the shops and restaurants are. It's about 10 minutes walk to shin okubo station, which is one stop from shinjuku station. We had a great stay here and will definitely book again.

Tokyo Teeeific Trip

Pros: Very compact - everything we needed. We travelled light so the washing machine was very welcome. All facilities worked well eg AC, TV, kettle, shower etc. The location was ideal for our needs (mainly attending World Athletics). The area is very busy with lots of restaurants etc. Train station approx 10mins walk away. All ideal.

Cons: Nothing - it was perfect for our needs.

Pros: The apartment is In a great location, in a quiet street just 2 minutes away from the area with all the shops and restaurants, and 5 minutes from the station (on the Yamanote line). Air conditioning works well and even though it is quite small it is well equipped withh everything we needed to spend several days without needing more space.

Pros: Everything. It's clean, well equipped, has a central location but is still in a quiet area. Also the JY subway line is near by, which will bring you easily in every direction. The host was easy to contact and very friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you! :)

Well location apartment in Koreatown

Pros: A well located apartment in Korea town, has all the essential amenities, clean.

Cons: Nothing much. There's no elevator, and you have to lug your luggage up three floors, but that's okay.

Pros: This is a great place to stay! In the heart of Shin-Okubo and easy walk to Kabuki-cho, and even not a bad walk to Shinjuku. The host has thought of EVERYTHING you could possibly need for a good stay. Good amount of space and it is great for experiencing that “typical Japanese apartment lifestyle”. It was great to be able to drop luggage early, and the host was so quick and helpful replying to questions.

Cons: The balcony areas could do with a bit of a clean.

Cost and good value for money

Pros: The Room was cosy and warm and had everything you needed including iron board, hair straighteners and kitchen. It was easy to find and in a good location. The bathroom was great, shower really good. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
