Located in a quiet local residential area. Unit looks new and very clean

Pros: 8-12mins walking distance to 2 train stations, supermarket, daiso and eating places.

A great place and location

Pros: We had such a great stay at this accommodation. The place was super clean, had everything we need if we want to cook or do our laundry. Location is close to a metro station and only 3 stop to Asakusa station. It is a quiet neighbourhood with options for eating, supermarket and enjoy the Japanese culture. Instructions and communication always on point ☺️

Great location and comfortable stay

Pros: We had a comfortable stay at Urban Villa Sumida. Location was quiet but conveniently close to train station. The villa was clean, well-equipped, and felt like home. Self check-in was smooth, instructions were provided before our arrival and communication with the host was easy.

Cons: One downside was that garbage collection was scheduled after our checkout, which was inconvenient given the length of our stay. it would be better if guests staying for several days had a more practical waste disposal option.

Happy in Sumida

Pros: The location was close to where I had to go. The house was very clean and tidy. There was everything what I need. My mom was very happy to stay at Urban Villa Sumida. If we have a chance to visit Japan in the future, we like to stay again. Many thanks to the host.

舒服的地方安靜的住宅區

Pros: 位置不錯在東向島站出來稍微走一小段車站附近東西很多有超市超商麥當勞一些小吃店環境安靜舒適的住宅區房間有小廚房微波爐自己買東西回來用也可以洗衣機稍小不過夠用也有吸塵器可以使用浴室有暖氣熱水器不太穩定洗澡注意一下整體上非常舒服

Cons: 房間空的空間比較小如果要放大件行李要注意

Pros: Urban villa sumida was in an ideal central location for all of our desired sightseeing in Tokyo! In addition, there was laundry available in the accomodation, which made it an excellent stay for longer term (we were there for 5 days). The space was efficiently and comfortably laid out. 10/10 recommended!
