Great hotel, great location, great staff

Pros: Great location, right next to the station, with access to subway and overland trains. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and a 15-minute walk gets right into the heart of Akihabara food streets. The room was very clean with good facilities. Staff we amazingly helpful, at check-in and check-out, ordering a taxi to go to Tokyo Station for catching the shinkansen. The shared washing machines were very helpful after a week of travelling round. The little robot is cute!

Cons: Nothing really, although the 'small double bed' is very small and barely long enough for someone my height (1.90m/6'3\

Had a very pleasant stay!

Pros: Very convenient location! Helpful and friendly staff. The bed was comfortable!

Cons: The room was small(as excepted) but that meant no place to keep your luggage, not opened nor closed.

Generally good impression, we enjoy the stay.

Pros: Very nice place, very clean, personnel very friendly. The room for three was with sufficient size. Breakfast served across the street at another Resol hotel was excellent.

Cons: The room for two persons was very small. Room service makes up the room every 3 day.

Excellent! Great value for money, conveniently located

Pros: Conveniently located near the station. Room was clean and well equipped. Bath tub was deep which made having a bath in the evenings a luxury. Lots of amenities provided for bath, hair etc. everything was very clean. New towel supplied daily. I can’t fault anything!

Cons: The view from my bedroom was a little disappointing. Just another industrial type building.

Really pleasant experience, we would stay again!

Pros: Friendly staff and cute little reception robot. Great free coffee, tea, soda and muffins. Smoking area always tidy. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Free use microwaves. Ice facilities. Paid washer and dryers were cheap to use and good quality. Bathroom was clean and shower and bath were good.

Cons: Mattresses and pillows were like slabs of concrete, but after a couple of nights we got used to it. Hallways were always way too hot.
