Amazing

Pros: It was extremely clean, the host was very responsive and attended to our needs. Ground level in the complex so made it easy to access.

因為這次Room 101 與102我們都有住，我個人比較喜歡101空間格局(比102大一些些)

Pros: 地點離半藏門線(Z)很近 3-4 mis，但大江戶線(E)就多走4-500公尺左右。成田機場，我個人是坐立木津巴士到TCAT (直通Z10水天宮)->坐1站Z11清澄白河->B2出口(依民宿老闆說明書前進住宿點) PS.注意B2出口只有Z線可通往(B2出口只有上樓電動小手扶梯)，E線沒有通往喔(A3出口有電梯，B1出口有上/下樓電動小手扶梯) ，要到大馬路多走一下就可以民宿老闆都很快回復訊息，房間舒適，但建議不要超過三個大人(會有點擠)。清潔度我個人覺得還可以，如果提供吸塵器讓住客可以簡易清潔也不錯。棉被拖鞋都給很足夠,還有很多備品(洗衣精柔軟精洗手乳洗碗精+菜瓜布)。湯鍋(只有兩個)建議101換掉大的湯鍋(有歷史)，微波爐，電水壺，瓦斯爐(101 爐口比102多一個)(101瓦斯爐有附帶烤箱但是沒機會用到)，裝備是符合期待，我們還自備廚房紙巾和廚房抹布(如果有提供就更讚了) 牙刷要自己帶喔! 101餐桌是可以升高降低，符合期待~~~推~

Cons: 我個人覺得枕頭有點軟，高度有點低。但因為備品足夠，多墊一些就好。因為這次Room 101(6天) 與102(1天)我們都有住，102床墊真的比較軟,且床架比床墊大很多，要小心會撞到。但這些都是小事，還是推薦大家~~~推~

I love that it is very near to train station. Area is quite and room is very clean

Pros: 3 or 4 people can do but this is perfect for 2 people or couple. Room is nice and bed is very soft. PS. 2 MINUTE WALK ONLY IF YOU WILL TAKE HANZOMON LINE 😍😍😍 Very smooth check in /out

Pros: Easy check-in, simple, quiet and train station was short walk. Family Mart right outside door on corner. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Pros: The place is clean, cozy, and big enough for our family. It is close to the subway station, supermarket, and convenience stores so it was very convenient. Appliances works well and the small kitchen is functional.

Cons: Some things to improve on - 1) some of the towels are old and a bit worn out; 2) additional spoon and teaspoons would be nice; 3) all pillows are flat except for 1 memory foam pillow, perhaps it would be great to check if guests would prefer fluffy pillows instead
