Pros: Comfortable especially with a table for dining. We enjoyed cooking our breakfast. It’s also a walking distance to the supermarket/convenience stores.

Cons: A bit of a walk to the station (about 10mins) and especially with luggages you need to go to where the lift/elevator. Some of the throw pillows are dirty-looking/stained. They should replace or throw them away. Instead of using a flat sheet, it would have been better if a fitted sheet is used for the mattress so we dont have to re-tuck-in the sheets all the time. Another thing we wished the property provides are the basic condiments/ingredients like pepper, salt, sugar, and coffee plus cooking oil. It would save us from buying these items as there are no packet sizes from the supermarket/convenience store. Note that we stayed there for 5 nights.

It was excellent and will prefer to book on revisits. Higly recommending for others.

Pros: The landlord emailed an instruction manual explaining all the details. Though we have to check in by ourselves, the instructions were clear - how to take the key and open the doors. The property is superbly clean and in a good location. It has 2 convenience stores nearby. Well connected to the city. All amenities like cooker, stove, fridge, washing machine, and internet are new and in good condition.

Cons: Nothing.

Good stay

Pros: Quite good of location and quiet. Few convenience store such as family nart,7-eleven and Aeon are nearby

Cons: The bed is too softy and not suitable to us.

Good 4 nights stay in Tokyo.

Pros: Location is not very close to central but we walked to train station and we like it since it is near a nice park (Kiba park) which the kids enjoyed on our first day. We had a nice stroll in the neighbourhood. There are nearby restaurants & konbinis. Check in was smooth because there was clear instructions on how to get in.The taxi driver was lost at first because gps was showing the other side but managed to find it.

Cons: Space is small for our family of 5.It was dusty that’s why my family having dust mite allergies kept sneezing despite requesting to clean the property due to allergy concerns.

Can't wait to stay here again!

Pros: Location was fabulous in Koto City; easy to access from the subway and Family Mart and right beside a wonderful bakery/convenience store. The Guidebook from the owner was fantastic with photos on how to get to the accommodation and clear instructions on how to use the fixtures. I also particularly appreciated how quickly the owner responded and helped me troubleshoot issues about the modem. In the end, they replaced the modem which was much appreciated. After that, the wifi was great.

Cons: I don't normally write reviews, this place was truly exceptional for Tokyo.

Pros: Suitable for senior person as it is located at the main entrance . Smooth check in though we reached at 11pm. Enjoy the neighbourhood with lots of good food, local souvenirs, sakura in kiba park in walking distance.

Cons: Linen not clean esp Comforter. No WiFi in the room due to loose wire, undetectable though we tried reboot it many times

因為這次Room 101 與102我們都有住，我個人比較喜歡101空間格局(比102大一些些)PS.不好意思，我比較懶，101vs102都寫差不多

Pros: 地點離半藏門線(Z)很近 3-4 mis，但大江戶線(E)就多走4-500公尺左右。 成田機場，我個人是坐立木津巴士到TCAT (直通Z10水天宮)->坐1站Z11清澄白河->B2出口(依民宿老闆說明書前進住宿點) PS.注意B2出口只有Z線可通往(B2出口只有上樓電動小手扶梯)，E線沒有通往喔(A3出口有電梯，B1出口有上/下樓電動小手扶梯) ，要到大馬路多走一下就可以 民宿老闆都很快回復訊息，房間舒適，但建議不要超過三個大人(會有點擠)。 清潔度我個人覺得還可以，如果提供吸塵器 讓住客可以簡易清潔也不錯。 棉被 拖鞋 都給很足夠,還有很多備品(洗衣精 柔軟精 洗手乳 洗碗精+菜瓜布)。 湯鍋(只有兩個)建議101換掉大的湯鍋(有歷史)，微波爐，電水壺，瓦斯爐(101 爐口比102多一個)(瓦斯爐有附帶烤箱但是沒機會用到)，裝備是符合期待，我們還自備廚房紙巾和廚房抹布(如果有提供就更讚了) 牙刷要自己帶喔! 101餐桌是可以升高降低，符合期待~~~推~

Cons: 我個人覺得枕頭有點軟，高度有點低。 但因為備品足夠，多墊一些就好。 因為這次Room 101(6天) 與102(1天)我們都有住，102床墊真的比較軟,且床架比床墊大很多，要小心會撞到。 Room101鄰大馬路，晚上路人講話有可能被吵到。Room 102鄰進小巷，相對安靜(勝!)。 Room101冰箱高度小。Room 102冰箱大一些(勝!) 瓦斯爐(101 爐口比102多一個) 餐桌 Room101白餐桌 可折疊方便活動移動(也可高度調整)，Room102實體木餐桌+木椅(所以穿完拖鞋一進門，102其實一看到是廚房+餐桌，沒有位置擺電視。電視於房間內，沙發床於房間內，房間=含客廳看電視功能。 但Room101 穿完拖鞋一進門，客廳+廚房在同一個空間，有電視和摺疊餐桌 和沙發椅，用餐順便看電視。房間有一個雙人床，第三位住客可以選在房間打地鋪或是睡在客廳區的沙發床。(客廳區和房間區有木門隔板，這格局空間我個人比較喜愛) Room 101+Room 102洗衣機都沒有烘乾功能，冬天會比較困擾，用浴室暖風機 曬乾/烘乾需要的時間長一些，在意的人可以跟民宿主人索取附近專意洗衣店資訊。 但這些都是小事，還是推薦大家~~~推~

Would love to stay again

Pros: It’s relatively close to the train station, convenience stores, grocery store and coin laundry. It’s located in a very quiet but seemingly safe neighborhood. The staff is also very responsive. We didn’t encounter problem from checking in and staying. They provided us with instructions for everything, including how to use the facilities in the room. The space was relatively big and affordable compared to other properties. There are closets and shelves to put your stuff.

Cons: We weren’t able to use the washing machine as it needed to be repaired. However, the management was generous enough to offer refund for the expenses that we would incur in using the nearby coin laundry shop. Indoor slippers may need to be replaced as the stains made them look unclean.

Comfortable 🫶🏻

Pros: Spacious and comfortable. Had enough room to move around

Pros: 住宿距離地鐵蠻近的，超商跟超市附近都有，吃的店家也都有，生活機能不錯，房間該有的設施都有，洗衣的脫水壞了，住宿方也說願意支付洗衣服務

Cons: 床有點軟，4個人空間有點小，適合2個人都居住
