Amazing, ultra-comfortable, would stay again.
Pros: My partner and I had a really lovely stay. The place was so spacious and comfortable, and even had led lights on the roof and bed head that really lit the room, but with warm lighting so we didn’t have to have the big lights on, and could relax in bed. It had 2 very large beds which was actually nice to have our own beds. The location was great, being right next to the Ueno Park, but could be loud at night with traffic, but you will get that at most central places unless you are staying really out of the way. Would stay here again 100%, amazing stay. Also the owner replied to me instantly back and forth when I had questions about the place.
Cons: Nothing at all apart from the stair case, it is pretty steep and narrow so just use with caution, but otherwise, no issues whatsoever.

Pros: The location is amazing - located in a very quiet residential neighbourhood, but directly next to Ueno Park and very close to several metro/ train stations. We found the bed very comfy. Overall we found the apartment very clean and well maintained.
Cons: We stayed in the first floor apartment. We think that some additional curtains on the street-facing opaque windows would help against light from cars at night.

Cons: Need softer more comfortable pillows. Other than that perfect! Please delete soccer pictures! Sent those by accident!!!

Pros: 空間四個人住很不錯，以東京來說，而且這是我住過設備最完善的，有洗脫烘的洗衣機，浴室又有乾燥的功能，不用帶太多衣服，缺點是洗衣機太小，因為冬天四個人的衣物要分二次洗比較ok。
Cons: 地點離鬧區及車站太遠，要走10分鐘，延路也沒有便利商店或商家，就只是公園，所以每當我們走回家，想到什麼東西沒買到，又要走10分鐘的路出去，有點…受不了，另外沒電梯，還好這次安排在二樓，不然最後一天要拖著沈重的行李下樓真的會累死！

Great location!
Pros: The best part about this property is its location, as it is adjacent to Ueno Park. This made our stay quite peaceful and serene, in addition to being a convenient walk away from various transit centers. The property management was also quick to respond in fixing the wifi, which went down briefly at the start of our stay.

Pros: 나리타공항 직행열차인 스카이라이너의 종점에 위치하여 이동하기가 수월하였고 숙소의 모든 시설들이 잘 갖추어져 있었어요.
Cons: 욕실에서 하수냄새(?)가 조금 났어요.

A convenient place to stay in a quiet residential area. Easy walk to Ueno station.
Pros: The room interiors were thoughtfully laid out and complete.
Cons: Note there aren’t any elevators for people staying on higher floors.

Pros: This place has everything: washer-dryer, a hairdryer, a vacuum cleaner, shower cream, shampoo, toothbrush and towels. We loved two large mattresses placed together, no way the children could fall out. The toilet is separate from the shower room. The walk from the Ueno station is easy and comfortable.
Cons: There is no elevator here, only stairs, but since we were only on the second floor, it wasn't much of an issue.

Muy buen lugar para quedarse, espacioso y cómodo.
Pros: El departamento es súper comodo, éramos tres personas y estábamos súper bien. Muy bien equipado, todo funcionaba perfecto. Muy cerca de la estación ion de Ueno.
Cons: Si bien estaba muy cerca de la estación de tren o subte, para ir a los lugares de interés del centro como shibuya etc si tenes pocos días lo pensaría. Algo que mejoraría es las sábanas o las mantas de las camas. Son de un tejido como de lanilla que no es muy confortable para dormir como las sábanas y mantas tradicionales, daban picazón.
