Pros: The apartment was impeccably clean and a good size for Tokyo. The facilities were excellent. The neighbourhood isn't central but the transport links are great it was a nice calm break from the bustle of the city centre and the supermarket across the road has everything you could possibly need, so I would recommend it for someone looking for an affordable stay away from the main tourist areas. We had a little trouble with our luggage going missing and the host went the extra mile to solve this problem for us, responding quickly and politely to all my communication.

Cons: The apartment wasn't easy to find at first. Even the taxi driver got a bit confused. It's opposite a huge veterinary college with a giant picture of a puppy on the side so that's a helpful landmark!

Good location and friendly staff

Pros: Good Location, 6 minutes walk from JR Tabata station. There is a supermarket near by. The apartment is clean but the rooms are small. There are not enough quilts in the room because we have six ppl. The staff got one for us eventually.

Cons: There is no English instruction to operate washing machine， my husband can read some Japanese， so we figure it out ourselves. It would be difficult for someone with non Japanese background to use it. Especially this machine has both wash and dry function.

Pros: Le fait d’avoir deux chambres et de vivre dans un appartement moderne pour quelques jours

Cons: Pas de lavabo pour se laver les dents dans la salle de bain, on a dû utiliser l’évier

Pros: Gute Verkehrsanbindung über den nahe gelegenen Bahnhof Tabata. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Cons: Die in booking.com angegebene Adresse ist nicht korrekt. Die richtige Adresse bekamen wir einige Tage vor der Ankunft vom Vermieter. Der Balkon ist sehr schmal und nicht als solcher zu benutzen.

Pros: Чистая квартира с хорошим расположением, пять минут от метро, тихий район, рядом супермаркет.

Cons: Нет вешали для полотенец и отдельной раковины в ванной. Андрес на Букинге и фактический оказались разные, что стало неприятным сюрпризом.

Pros: 離JR田端站走路大約5分鐘，旁邊還有個營業到24:00，十分方便～ 民宿老闆非常貼心，會主動詢問我們需不需要提前入住，一進門就開好空調迎接🤗 下次來還會再住😊

Cons: 沒有附鏡子的洗手台，洗手台是與廚房共用

Cons: Banyo lavabosunun olmaması, dolap ve sehpa gibi eşya depolama alanının yetersiz oluşu, booking ana sayfadaki adresinin yanlış olması

Pros: דירה מהממת וחדשה. מאובזרת מאוד. טלוויזיה גדולה. יש כיסא אוכל לתינוק. מיקום מעולה, ליד תחנת tabata. אך לא כמו שכתוב בתיאור, זה לא מרחק הליכה בפארק אאונו. המיטות גדולות ונוחות, אך הספה הנפתחת לא נוחה כמיטה. מטבח קטן יחסית. אין חימום בסלון. יש מאוורר במקלחת שמקרר. אין כיור נוסף בשירותים לצחצח שיניים (יש רק במטבח).

A comfortable very clean affordable and well located accommodation. Would recommend

Pros: Very comfortable beds with nice linens. Very clean and good quality towels, etc. toilet was amazing and was happy to have a good tv and washer and dryer too. Location to the train station was quick and nearby 7-11 had lots of great food for quick bites. It was great to be able to leave our bags after check out so we could explore some more. The host was good and helpful. Cons: We wanted a metal vs a plastic kettle. We arrived very late in the evening after the front desk closed. The apartment was difficult to locate as there were no visible numbers and the buildings all looked the same. Better photo of building and description of the lock box with photo and location would have been helpful.

Pros: Logement très spacieux, neuf et bien équipé.Tres bon rapport qualité-prix pour Tokyo.

Cons: l'adresse du logement nous a été communiqué âpres la réservation et ne correspondentait pas a l'adresse mentionnée dans la description Booking. Cependant le logement restait bien situé.
