Pros: The location is really good. Easy to access places we want to visit. The host is helpful, answering my question promptly and friendly.
Cons: It is a bit small for 4 adults, but still acceptable.

They do listen, now seems better
Pros: They do listen man, after all the review about no matter how long u stay u will only got one toilet roll and one towel etc. once I arrived I am shock how many toilet rolls and tooth brush and shower/shampoo set r there. Ya, if ur room is near the highway is quite noisy at night. But I am too tired b cox walk 20k + step everyday so not a big problem for us . Location quite good, 10 mins walk from the jr station. And yes, if u walk from where google map tell u u will walk by lots of drunk ppl and ppl asking u do u wanna go in for a drink( red light district) . But if u know the way walk from the other way u be fine, just don’t turn left where aeon supermarket r, walk straight and turn left when u can c the post office

Great place to stay
Pros: We liked everything about it. It was clean nd had cler instructions how to check in and check out and easy access to WiFi. It was like a small studio apartment, which nice, great place to stay. It was comfortable to stay, especially with a 3yr old. Bed was comfy, and they had plates and pans if we wanted to cook anything, which was great.
Cons: There wasn't anything that we didn't like

Quiet, comfortable stay ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring Tokyo.
Pros: It was a bit of a walk to the place but we appreciated how it was located away from the main hustle bustle surrounding the train station, and in a quieter area. The room was considerably spacious with an additional futon, as well as other amenities, provided. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

Pros: The location is nice and has a lot of shops and food around. The room is spacious and comfortable, and it has a lot of space for suitcases and us. I like the light and the setting of having a separate shower room in the toilet!! The facilities are good, the washing machine and fridge and the stove are helpful.
Cons: The host was not responsive and helpful. As we sent messages asking about suitcase storage and check in arrangement but we never get a reply. Even after our stay, we still did not get a reply. What is we encountered any problems we had no ways to seek help. Plus, there was a weird smell when we entered the room and stayed for two days.

Centrally located apartment with good facilities
Pros: The apartment was very clean and had everything you need. Check-in and check-out were very easy. It was also very quiet in the apartment.
Cons: As we were there for two weeks, there could have been a bit more toilet paper, bin bags and shampoo.

Great Stay in Tokyo
Pros: Good security outside & inside of the accomodation - feel safe although the neighbourhood well known for ‘red light area’. Near to train station. Sufficient amenities- able to prepare simple breakfast and supper, washing machine working good and well ventilated room. Property owner is responsive thru email. Great stay. Tq.
Cons: The water heater works a bit slow. Have to open the tap and wait till the water becomes hot. We would like to suggest air humidifier in the room.
