The owner was amazing and went above and beyond to assist us with all inquiries.

Pros: Size and location to public transport. Easy to get to by bus direct from the airport. Bedrooms were a good size to include luggage. Heating was good. Nothing was too much for the owner to help us with. Close to 7Eleven so we could get supplies.

Cons: Was a little noisy in the morning when the road traffic started but we were up anyway so it didn’t bother us. Maybe a little supply of basic tea, coffee and milk would be good but we could easily go out to get it.

Pros: Our host was a very great communicator and responded to all my questions quickly. We unfortunately couldn't stay the first night and they very quickly wrote us an invoice so we can get in touch with our insurance. The accommodation was clean and easily reachable part of town.

Pros: Great location for sightseeing. 2 metro lines/stations nearby. 4 bedrooms for 8 persons.

Cons: Some bedrooms are noisy due to the road in front of the window.

Pros: There was enough space for 6 people without feeling too cramped. Walking distance to the train station.

Cons: There was only 1 toilet for 6 people 😅 We knew ahead of time so it was fine

Highly recommend

Pros: The house is very close to the main station. Easily accessible to every part of Tokyo. The rooms were spacious and clean. Enough space for a family of 5 to stay comfortable and lots of room to lay luggage flat on the ground for organizing and packing. The host is very responsive whenever there's a question or issue. Highly recommend.

Cons: There was some confusion on how to use the tub, such as how to plug the tub for a bath and how to heat the water. The tub fills a bit slow but We had no problem taking showers.

Pros: 離車站近，車站旁地下室有24H超市，走路5分鐘內就有餐廳，走路2～3分鐘的距離有7-11和mini stop商店。房間簡約風格，環境乾淨舒服，在房內大咖行李箱也能攤開，空間夠大，完全不會有壓迫感。老闆人很好，入住前會事先告知入住方法，到達時就不會緊張了。因我看錯退房時間而需老闆協助讓我們暫放行李，老闆也讓我們延遲退房時間，非常感謝老闆！讓我們這趟旅程有了圓滿的ending！下次有機會再訪東京，我的第一選擇就是夏美ホテル！

Pros: It was as described spacious and clean. I would stay again.

Pros: We stayed here in the beginning and end of our trip. The apartment is in a great location. Walking distance to JR and subway stations and in a safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and stores. The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Couldn't ask for more!

Pros: Everything was wonderful! The location was great, the neighborhood safe and had lots of shops and restaurants and walking distance to train and subway. Apartment was very clean, AC unit in each bedroom, washing machine, hot tub, well equipped kitchen, beds comfortable. Highly recommend this place
