Comfort but overpriced

Pros: It's clean, good explanation on how to get to the room. WiFi is amazing. Set of cosmetics.

Cons: The room is small, and too expensive for that kind of room. It's cold inside, but it gets warm if the AC is turned on.

This air bnb was definitely my favorite out of any I've stayed.

Pros: I was very pleasantly surprised just how quality the room was for such a low and affordable cost. The size of the room exceeded my expectations. In previous bookings that were more costly it had been a struggle to find where to keep my luggage due to it being cramped, but here was just the polar opposite. Comparing alternatives, this place is extremely spacious for the cost. The fridge too was larger than I've seen in any other place I stayed in Japan. I was happy with the size and quality of the bed and TV aswell. I would absolutely stay here again.

Cons: The main drawback of this air bnb is the location. The nearest train stations are quite a far walk away and you should consider the factors of moving luggage and the temperature, especially if it's august like it was for me. It's right between the two nearest stations, Ekoda and Higashi-Nagasaki, making walking to either take about 13 minutes. (I recommend using Higashi-Nagasaki station as the ticket price to places like Ikebukuro is slightly cheaper.) For me, I didn't mind the walk and the location was convenient for me personally but the distance from stations is certainly something to note. Other than that my only quarrels with the place were that it was sort of dusty, especially in the loft and the ladder. I think there may be some bugs, I never encountered them myself and my friend spotted a small one on the first day of staying. After that we didn't see any more. There's also no chairs other than a bean bag up in the loft. The pin locks on the doors are kind of confusing and difficult to use. The buttons glitched out for me sometimes and made me input the wrong code, after a few wrong tries it locks itself which is annoying but you get used to it after a few times. I'd still say its more than worth it for what you pay.

Pros: The room was very clean, the place is good for 1 or 2 people only, the neighborhood that the place is located was very quiet and safe. There are a few conbinis that are near the apartment and a grocery. Few restaurants around the area and the surroundings was clean.

Cons: It is a bit of a walk (10 mins) from the nearest station which is Senkawa metro line, but if you like to walk and see the surroundings you would enjoy it. The room was small only enough for 1 or 2 people, no elevators so if you have multiple luggages its gonna be a struggle.

Pros: 安かった。最寄りからのアクセスも観光にはいい。 布団が綺麗でテレビもサブスクに繋げられて快適だった。

Cons: 入室方法の書かれたメールが期日に送られてなく、当日のチェックインに1時間半くらいかかった。 換気扇と床が綺麗なら言うことありません。
