Pros: Cosy, perfect for our stay, amazing location with shops and train line into city.

Cons: No space or facilities to store wet towels after showering.

Pros: Love every aspect of this place! Highly recommend!!! The surrounding Kyodo area has a quite a few nice Cafes where they do their own coffee roastings - perfect for coffee lovers! Also our Host Naomi has nicely equipped the places with high-end Belmuda appliances which make the staying even more delightful. Last but not least - it feels very safe to walk around in this area ( Kyodo street lights are the brightest ever;)

Cons: Maybe there could be some hangers or racks to place the towels.

Pros: La ubicación, muy cerca de una estación que te conecta a todos lados, la zona está bonita vives el Japón de día a día viendo a toda la gente saliendo a trabajar, los niños yendo a la escuela. Además de todas las amenidades que tiene el departamento como cocina, lavadora etc.

Pros: Location was great. The place was clean and cozy. The host is very detailed and shared a lot of useful information of the facility. Check-in and out was easy and smooth.

A wonderful neighborhood with a hometown feel & wonderful restaurants!

Pros: Our friends live in Kyodo, just a 10 minute walk away so we wanted to book someplace near them. This was a first time visiting Kyodo and it's a wonderful small town and we will definitely return! The apartment is located on a small street, just off the main road in front of the Kyodo train (Odakyu Odawara Line) that runs directly from Shinjuku Station. The direct train run often (like every 20 minutes) and is a short 10-15 min ride. From Kyodo station, you can walk to the house within 5 minutes. The apartment is basic but is clean and has all its necessities, including a small kitchen and washer/driver. We had a lovely 2 night visit here!

Cons: The host Naomi san was wonderful and communicated efficiently. The 1 recommendation I have however, is when emailing giving the passcode and check in process the day ahead, for you to just give a link for JUST that information of locating the apartment entrance, finding the unit and using the 2 passcode pads for entrance. Instead, we were provided a link with the ENTIRE property manual, including all the appliance instructions. As a traveler, it was hard for us to download that huge file without wiFi access. Once inside the unit, you provided the hard copy manual.

Très bon séjour

Pros: Logement conforme à la description booking. Les équipements étaient impeccables avec un manuel d'utilisation détaillé si jamais vous êtes perdus. La localisation à Setagaya donne une immersion totale dans l'ambiance de la vie japonaise et la proximité avec la station Kyodo offrait un accès rapide pour le centre de Tokyo. Toutes les commodités sont autour de l'appartement ce qui est pratique.

Cons: Les lits sont trop petits pour des occidentaux (bien que cela ne soit pas des tailles anormales au Japon) et un nettoyage en profondeur serait la bienvenue : d'une part dès l'arrivée en marchant avec nos chaussettes on y a retrouvé des traces de saleté et d'autre part nous avons retrouvé de la poussière sur le bord de la fenêtre de la chambre.

Great location, easy access to the tourist places, especially one train ride to Sanrio Puroland.

Pros: Excellent location. Family friendly. We love this property as met our budget. Excellent for family trips.

Pros: Det mesta fanns. Schampo, Balsam, tvål, handtvål, diskmedel, Tvättmedel, handdukar, badlakan, lakan, hushållspapper, toapapper. Mycket bekvämt.

Cons: Hissdörren stängde väldigt fort. Det fanns inget att hänga upp tvätt på, om man inte vill använda torktumlare.
