It Was a Super Cozy Stay!

Pros: Some dot points of what was especially good during the stay: - The laundry machine and dryer (in the bathroom) were provided and we could use it every day, so it was very convenient - We had a great time taking a bath every day - it was clean, and was automatic - There was a nice table that was pretty large in the room which made it convenient for us to do some work - Additionally there was an iPad in the room for us to sign in and out - but the truth was, there was a game app on it, and my kids really enjoyed playing it! - There was an USB and a type-C charger provided in the room, which made it easy to charge our phones, watches and computers - There were also a rice cooker and a microwave that was very useful and high performed. There were all the kitchen utensils which made it easy for us to make our own meals Overall, I would say it was such a great stay, and we’re all extremely satisfied.

Cons: We weren’t sure what type of vehicle it was, but there was an emergency vehicle station nearby the hotel - and during some nights, they were out on rescue, so the sirens were loud when the vehicles passed in front of our room we stayed. However, it was only me who woke up because of the sound, and my kids were asleep so it was not that bad.

Pros: It was a really great part of Tokyo to explore by foot and also close enough to the train station. Everything we needed was right nearby. The host seemed to have gone out of their way to make sure there was every amenity for our use in the apartment.

Cons: I suppose the place is a little small for four adults, however, it isn't unusual for Tokyo. We made it work.

Tiny but cozy

Pros: Tiny, but cozy. All the amenities that you need for cooking, washing, cleaning! We just stayed for a night, but it could perfectly serve a couple also for longer. For more than 2 it might get too tiny, but the beds are there.

Cons: Maybe the location. But hey, everything walkable and location is included in the price right?

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. The explanation of the stay was clearly written. Quiet residential area, safe security.

Pros: Most facilities worked very well and we liked the environment

Cons: Our only problem was the microwave oven instructions being in Japanese meant we were unable to use this appliance

Pros: 清潔でアメニティがそろっており、お風呂も洗面台も広く快適でした。 ウェルカムチョコやウォーターも人数分冷蔵庫にセットされており、朝も備え付けの紅茶やコーヒー、緑茶をいただけてゆったりと過ごすことができました。 近くにコインパーキングもいくつかあり便利。 オーナーさんは利用者の気持ちがよくわかっている方で親切であり信用できる方と思います。 家族で利用しましたが、次回リピート確定です。

Perfect for groups

Pros: The staff was very helpful. The property was very clean

また泊まりたい

Pros: 落ち着ける空間でベットも寝心地良かったです。4人位がベストですが6人一泊はホテルより格段リーズナブルで良かったです。 お風呂も広く楽しく過ごせました。

Cons: 言うならば耳栓がもう少しグレードアップして 欲しいと娘が言ってました。

Pros: とにかく新しくて綺麗なところ。壁紙もおしゃれ。 水回りが結構気になってしまう私でも、新しくて清潔に保たれていたので、トイレもお風呂も気持ちよく入れた。 翌日乾燥機もあったから、洗濯もバッチリ出来て本当に便利だった。コスパ最高。

Cons: ベッド。2段ベッドだから仕方ない部分もあるけど、マットレスが合わなかったし、ギシギシ音が気になった。

Pros: I liked how easy it was to access. I don’t know if it took 5 minutes from the station (it could’ve if maybe we didn’t have 3 tired kids walking lol 😂) but it was a great place to stay! The kids enjoyed it and everything was so clean. I definitely loved that there was a washer so we were able to do a load! The host even left us some treats in the fridge. It was a nice change for once!
