Overall a good stay and good value for money.

Pros: Location was very close the the crossing and easy walking distance. Train station and food and shopping also very convenient.

Cons: It is a 1 bedroom apartment with 4 beds. Two are in the kitchen and living area which is ok for sleeping but there is limited room to relax in the property.

Amazing location!

Pros: The location is amazing just 5minutes walk from the bustling streets of Shibuya but located in a quiet street. Very spacious for Tokyo standard. Had some payment issues just before check-in and a staff came down personally to help me with the payment, he was really very helpful.

Cons: -Cleanliness of the place could be better. Floor was quite dusty on some parts. - this was the biggest dislike about the apartment- the bed. The mattress was too soft and one of the queen bed in the living room made so much noise when you are on it. High time to change to a new bed! - the self check-in was tedious as they use the safebox method and it took a lot of tries to access the keys. - you could leave your luggage at the 1st floor but at your own risk as there are no staffs around or even security cameras.

Pros: We loved how spacious, clean, & comfortable this apartment was! A little off the beaten path which helped us settled down for a quiet night of sleep amidst the bright lights and noise of the busy streets just a few blocks away. The owner was very responsive to messages and a great help in making our stay in Shibuya nice!

Cons: It was a little hard to find the apartment building using Google Maps, but we made it.

2 room apartment that met our needs in a great location.

Pros: Excellent location. Near super busy sections in Shibuya but was in a less densely populated section which allowed you to decompress/relax from the crowds. Without having to leave you block, there is a small grocery store around the corner, a great restaurant across the street and a bar next door. This worked well for our family of 5 (including adult children in their 20s). Washer/dryer combo was clutch. For people concerned about the \

Cons: Not enough toilet paper available for the stay, and no paper towels provided. But otherwise the place is great/suited our needs and store around the corner solved our problems quickly. :)
