Hidden gem in Shibuya, perfect for a family stay

Pros: Location was excellent, just 7 minutes from Shibuya scramble crossing...7-11 and Lawson nearby. All facilities were provided, very spacious with 5 single beds, a decent sized bathroom along with washing machine. Kitchen had all the crockery and room was accessible with a lift. Rooms were spacious enough.

Cons: The internet didn't work properly and it was not rectified during my stay, customer service was responsive but didn't actually make a difference. They could have come and replaced the device but just asked me to restart and change settings myself (which weren't successful). Also late at night the access to the apartment was not very well-lit.

Pros: Brilliant location, few steps away from Shibuya Central. There are restaurants just down the street, there is beer alley. Then offcourse many shops just around the corner

Pros: Very handy to Shinjuku. Beds comfortable and place was clean and quiet.

Pros: As the weather is cold, we really appreciate that the bathroom is heated and hot water is always available for showering. I was fascinated by the bathtub with buttons at the side that could precisely control the temperature.

Cons: The mattress is quite soft.

Amazing host and accommodation, highly recommended!

Pros: Very clean & well maintained. Great location. Host was very kind and stayed up late to assist with checking us in following our late night flight arrival. Upon checkout, the host realised it was quite rainy and provided us free umbrellas to continue our journey. Would definitely come here again!

Cons: Nothing! Everything was perfect!
