Pros: Really convenient, small but perfect for a night. The price was really good, amenities and room were super clean ! I recommend strongly

Cosy comfortable place in great location.

Pros: It was located in a very central location (ikebukero) right near a train station (15 minute walk) that was connected to most of Tokyo. It was also right near multiple conbinis and a laundry mat. The check-in process was super smooth, and everything was very clean and well maintained. There were toilets and big sinks on every floor. My room, albeit small, was very cosy and had exactly everything I needed - charging ports, bed, mirror, desk, aircon, window and space for my suitcase. It was perfect for someone like me who spends very little time in the actual hotel room.

Cons: Shared toilets, shared showers on the bottom floor (clean, just something to take into consideration). Rooms are definitely not sound proof.

Pros: The room and facilities were definitely worth the price. It is a little difficult to find or get to the house especially if you're travelling with luggage. But overall, great experience and very relaxing.

Pros: The location is really good and the room is clean. Coffee and water are provided on the first floor. We were able to check in before noon and it was amazing. The bathroom is also very clean and well equipped.

Cons: The room is without curtain which makes the room very bright in the morning. The room is a bit small and also the room type did not match with my reservation - I reserved a tatami room but I got a modern room.

Very clean and well located hostel, very good value for money, but don't be too tall.

Pros: Positive points: the bathrooms were very clean, we had a traditional style room with tatami and futon, the location was very good: just a 10 minute walk from the Ikebukuro station and 15 minute walk from the Seibo and Tobu department stores and Sunshine City.

Cons: If you're over 180cm, the rooms are a bit small. As I measure 187cm, my head and feet touched the walls when sleeping on the futon.

Cosy for a short stay, I highly recommend for solo or couples travelers.

Pros: The property is near the Ikebukuro station, there’s a toilet available at every floor. Cleaned towels ready anytime. If not you can ask for.

Cons: No elevator, but I knew that already. So if you really do need an elevator, I’d recommend booking elsewhere.

Pros: Good: Excellent location Bad: Someone use the hair dryer after 0am, which can be heard inside the room, seriously disturb other's sleeping quality

Cons: Room very small 2x3 meters but this was expected. No double windows (Noisy).
