Pros: Amazing location that was both convenient and quiet

Cons: No elevator which was hard for luggage moving with older parents, which they did not warn us about

Small and cozy, in a little neighbourhood not far from Shinjuku - great for a short stay if you’re light on baggage

Pros: Small but big enough for a short stay for my wife and I over the post-Xmas break. The space is literally a bed, sink and decent size bathroom so it worked out well. There’s a lovely park across the road and a couple of coffee shops in the immediate area so it made for a nice morning and walk (about 20mins) to Shinjuku.

Cons: Only the size really. If we had both brought big suitcases it would have been impossible so just be warned about long stays and lots of baggage.

Cons: The bed was not so comfortable. It was not well cleaned, the apartment had a smell when we entered.

Cons: The location is on a peaceful street, but at night, I doubt whether it's safe to be walking alone on the street back to the property. It'd be probably better to avoid going back too late.

Pros: small but very clean and practical room layout. room had a hairdryer, washing machine, fridge and hangers for clothes, single bed. very quiet area with many great small restaurants all walking distance. 20mins walk to Shinjuku main area,

Cons: could have done with a bedside table lamp as had to use the light on the hob for evening lighting

Pros: The room was great! More than what I expected to see in Japan. Security seemed good and the amenities all worked Very happy overall with the stay

Cons: I just wish there was an option for a different pillow in the room as the one (while you get used to it) was quite high from what I am used to and hard.
