Pros: Great location. The whole place only consists of 2 bedrooms so if you book both, you have full access. Staff stayed to provide support for a few hours while we settled. We read reviews of the stairs so were prepared for them. The shower was nice, clean and hot and beds were very comfortable.

Pros: 地理位置很棒，附近也很安靜，房間也很大，不管是買東西、吃飯、娛樂或是出行都很方便，房東人也很好，到住宿的第一天就推薦附近好吃的給我們。就是只能爬樓梯上去有點可惜，入住還好，可退房那天行李比較重，下樓梯會有點困難，特別是像我走到腳痛的……除了這點外其他都很棒！

Excellent value in a great location, super close to Akihabara!

Pros: I was apprehensive after seeing the one negative review but I’m so glad I decided to look past that and stay here. The building exterior and staircase is quite old, but the actual room was excellent and very comfortable. This is the top floor of an apartment complex that has been converted into a guesthouse. There are individual rooms with their own keys and you get a remote to open and lock the front door as well. The bed was sooooo comfortable compared to most in Japan and the staff was very friendly. Bunches of complimentary items provided for your use. You also have free use of the washing machine and detergent is also included. Highly recommended!!

Cons: A bit close to the train station which might bother some people, but I find that kind of noise peaceful.
