Pros: A good location overall for a good price. The property has a bus stop very close by which makes getting to the train stations very easy. The property was nice and overall we had a good time.

Pros: Everything was nice actually. No complaints at all. And it was surprisingly comfortable to sleep on the floor.

Pros: We needed an accommodation for a day before our travel back to Europe. This inn perfectly served its purpose. The owner was very nice and even helped us with the luggage. The room is a bit older design, but everything was clean and nice, and we had a great nights rest. There is WiFi although not the fastest, but adequate for messaging.

Cons: The toilet is just too small, there was no way to close the door it is so close to the toilet.

Great japanese style house!

Pros: -Japanese style house -all needed amenities -very clean - familimart in 1min walk - very nice host :)

Cons: - 10-12 min walk to metro - no wifi

We enjoyed tradition ryokan apartment, convinent and spacious- definitely would visit it again!

Pros: I travelled with my wife and 1yo child and we were very happy with the apartment in traditional ryokan style. The house owner was kind and helpfull. We enjoyed the apratment because it was very spacious and futon beds was a convenient option while traveling with a baby. Apartment was well equipped with a big fridge, microwave and bathroom appliances. You had to take a 8min walk to a nearby metro station or take a bus. Although the house is not in a strict city centre we found the location great even when we were visiting the place with a small baby and a stroller. For sure we would book this place again!

Cons: Walks to/from the train station add up after a few times.

Cozy stay with a friendly owner!

Pros: It felt very cozy and homely, with comfortable futons. The owner was very friendly and good at communicating the rules of the property.

Cons: The property could be improved if there was Wi-Fi included.

Great stay and enjoyed the local market experience

Pros: Overall stay was pleasant and restful for our short stay. Very recommended. Reception: We're greeted upon arrival and the owner was really helpful and willing to help. Room and amenities: Adequate tatami room and comfy futon bed. Room is clean and high-tech. Plenty and complete room amenities. Wifi requires extra charges if required. F&B: We managed to locate the nearby local market and tried lots of foods. Plenty of foods or pastries to choose from. The food craving experience is really soothing. Location: Short walk to the bus stop. Walking distance around 15 mins close to Minami-Sunamachi station. If you wanna go to Tokyo Disneyland, you better catch a bus and stop at Kasai station to catch a Disneyland bus. Pro tips: The owner allows early check-in but you may have to wait there on your own with your luggages. Please inform the Owner in advance when doing so.

Cons: Long walk (~12 mins) if you need to catch a train. Especially when you already bought a train day pass.

Clean, close to bus station, friendly host!

Pros: The host is very kind and nice person! The accomodation has two rooms so it is comfortable enough. The place is clean! We liked the big windows very much!

Cons: There is no kitchen or cutlery, (however we didn't mind it) and there are only a very few furnitures in the place.
