Pros: My family and I really love the place. It’s a quiet spot, conveniently located near Ryogoku Station. The apartment is very clean too. The staff was very responsive too... Overall it's 10/10 for us.. ☺️

Cons: The washing machine area had a foul smell cause of backflow from the pipes

Cons: Close to the pavement and main intersection. but did not bother us. No clothes line as specified. There was a strong foul smell from the bathroom. The smell was the only thing we did not like

Pros: The unit is clean, comfortable, with plenty of useful appliances. Location is great since it is around 10-15 minutes of walk to the nearby JR & Metro station. Recommended for families too since there are plenty of beds provided. Overall great stay 😀👍🏼

Pros: Great location, close to subway stations. Room was clean and as were the amenities. Perfect spot for a stay in Tokyo. The surrounding area is quiet with a lot of great local restaurants to try.

Pros: Comfortable size for family of 4 to 6. Really spacious compare to hotel japan. We do cooking and washed our clothes there, washing liquid provided. Toilet transform to air dryer to dry our clothes.. Toilet with auto bidet. Manual provided how to used house appliances. Clean sheet. Ryogoku is nice neighbourhood, got our suica to move around.
