Pros: In was 2 min walk to the godzilla head it. 711 family mart and lawsons all a short walk away.
Cons: It being a little small and no tv but with WiFi didnt really need a tv

Pros: Easy access. Especially when you are arriving late in the evening. When you consider the value for money, then this was a great find.
Cons: Advertised a balcony. The outside stairwell was not well lit. Tiny bathroom. Not big problems. Overall, it was a great find.

Cozy flat in the heart of shinjuku
Pros: Great location, lift access to apartment, complete amenities. Very cozy apartment and coin laundry is just downstairs! Host is very kind and always reply promptly
Cons: Size a bit small and not many hinges to put towels / coats.

Pros: Está muy bien ubicado, tienes caminando la estación de shinjuku que te lleva a todos lados, está en el centro de shinjuku y puedes recorrerlo caminando, perdimos una noche por que nos cancelaron el vuelo pero cuando llegamos entramos sin problema con el código para obtener las llaves, tiene taquillas fuera del hotel para dejar maletas
Cons: En algún momento nos salieron dos cucarachas pequeñitas, en la madrugada escuchábamos a la gente tirar las botellas de cristal y hacían bastante ruido, nos despertaron varias veces, me imagino que sería la gente de los bares, si salías de la habitación a la izquierda tenías las escaleras y ahí abajo ya estaban los basureros, el lugar es pequeño pero como en todos los hoteles de Japón, nosotros éramos dos y con maletas pequeñas podías estar pero si llevas una maleta grande ahí lo veo muy complicado

Pros: 작은 공간 안에 필요한 것들이 다 준비되어있었고 불편함없이 사용했고 벽이나 조명등을 볼 때 공간을 꾸미는 손길에 센스가 느껴졌습니다. 화장실은 작았지만 수압이 세서 샤워하는데 불편함이 없었고 준비되어있던 헤어드라이기성능도 좋아서 머리도 금방 말릴수 있었습니다. 곰팡이나 먼지등은 없었고 화장실에 핸드워시가 없었으나 찾아보니 싱크대에 있어서 욕실로 가져다가 사용했습니다. 비가 오는 날도 있었는데 센스있게 문에 우산을 두개 준비해주어서 너무 잘 사용했습니다. 사소한 부분이지만 세심한 배려가 느껴져서 기분이 좋았습니다.
Cons: 제일 아쉬웠던 점은 와이파이가 너무 자주 끊기거나 속도가 느려서 여행일정이나 정보를 검색하는데 불편했습니다. 냉장고가 작고 냉동실이 없어서 조금 아쉬웠지만 큰 불편함은 없었고 냉장기능도 약해보였지만 사용해보니 괜찮았습니다. 와이파이가 제일 아쉬웠던 점이었습니다.

在东京，性价比还是挺好的，值得推荐。
Pros: 地理位置挺好，离新宿繁华的步行街有点距离所以完全不影响，治安好也安静，离新宿几个地铁站都在步行距离内，楼下洗衣机挺好用的。
Cons: 房间比较小，床和沙发一共可以住三个人，但我们两个人就觉得有点挤了，尤其卫生间。厨房区域硬件设施稍微有点旧。

Pros: Decent spot, easy to get to many hot spots in Shinjuku from here. Good cost for the room as well.
Cons: While expected, the room was a bit small. For a solo traveler or a couple it would be fine, but for 2 friends there was not much room to maneuver when showering/getting dressed.

All things are good and we are satisfied.
Pros: The accommodation is very clean and comfortable, easy to get the attraction point, very nice interior, internet access is very fast and easy.
Cons: A little bit small room but it’s not too feel cramped for 3 people.

Pros: Location is only 5 min from where all the activities, shopping, and eating places. The room is a decent size for tokyo, >200 sq ft compared to other that is only 110 sq ft. The price is great for this size and location.
Cons: Even though the size of room is decent, the bathroom can be a little tight, especially going in and out of the high style bath tub. Need to be careful not to fall.
