Well-located for exploring Shinjuku and Shibuya

Pros: About 10-15 minutes walk from Shinjuku station. The room was comfortably sized with a raised bed that allowed for plenty of luggage storage space. Both a 7-11 and Family Mart within 3 minutes walk.

Cons: Watch your head at the top of the stairs!

Pros: Friendly staff, rooms were clean and working, couldn't ask for more :)

It was a pleasant area and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Location was quite good since it was a short walk from the main roads that has lots of shops.

Cons: There was a washing machine but no dryer, a setback for those who needed to do laundry.

Value for money, great location, cosy stay

Pros: The location was perfect. It locates in a clean, peaceful neighhood yet it is only 6 mins walk from Kabukicho Sakura-dori St., 5 mins to the important station. 1 min from the convenient store. The room is like newly refurbished. Everything looked clean and new. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were in the optimal softness. The air conditioning was very good. It wouldn't be too dry or too hot or too cold like some of the other hotels I experienced before. I would definitely come again!!!

Cons: There was no one tiny table in the kitchen for us to eat a quick meal. Also, the cups were put in the top shelf which was very high. However there was no chair or other things I could stand on to get them . Thank god I had my little son so I could just hold him and asked him to get cups for me.

Low cost accommodation in Tokyo

Pros: Room was fine. Small and fairly basic but fine for the price paid. Good location and comfy.

Cons: Toilet/shower room was very small (kept banging my elbows when in shower).

Pros: Location and ambience for stay is good Indian restaurant and 7-11 next door

Cons: Reception desk English speaking and understanding our queries could be improved

Pros: The environment is quite nice,and the location is very convenient which 7-11 is just right beside us.The staffs are quite friendly and helpful too. They wait late night until we reach, and help us to carry our luggages up and down the stairs. Really appreciate of it.

Pros: Conveniently located between 2 subways and just next to 7-11. The staff are friendly.

Cons: The stairs to level 2 is quite narrow and steep so it can be abit challenging if you are lugging big luggages.
