Set expectation accordingly, and this can be a great stay. Small, but clean and comfortable.

Pros: Location is on a relatively quiet street, about a 5 minute walk from the action. It's a bare bones-type place, small, but clean and comfortable. Convinced store just around the corner, and 24-hour front desk right across the street.

Cons: There is only 1 bathroom, but the toilet and shower in separate rooms, so that helps. The stairs are steep and narrow, and there is a low clearance ledge on the way down, and the handrail is loose. There is a some foot and vehicle traffic on the road way just inches from the front door.

Great place with comfortable beds and location

Pros: The property was at a perfect location near all the stations we needed to go to other areas. It’s right next to a bunch of restaurants and tourists spot but far enough that you won’t hear the night life.

Cons: Japanese ceilings are a bit small so if your family is on the taller and bigger side, it may not be a comfortable stay in terms of doorway and staircase. Bed should be fine but if you’re over 6 ft I would say u would have some trouble with the bathroom
