Pros: We loved that there was lots of room for our family of 5 and all of our luggage.

Cons: It wasn’t a problem for us as a family but if you’re travelling in a group you just might want to know that the toilet is right in the kitchen - like a metre (that might be generous) from the kitchen table. That might be uncomfortable for some.

Recommended cozy flat

Pros: - Self check in - Position - Cozy flat - Good value for money

Cons: - Plenty of trash in some parts of the neighborhood - Next to an elementary school, so maybe can be noisy when children are playing in the morning

Pros: This place was great. Nice location and easy to find and a lovely house all round.

Cons: My only problem was that one of the rooms upstairs had no air conditioning. It has a fan but while the sun was shining through the window it wasn't nearly enough to keep it cool so I was swearing the hole time i was in there

Maison sympa proche d’un quartier vivant

Pros: Ce qui était bien: - Emplacement par rapport au métro (5 min de marche) - emplacement assez proche du quartier animé de Shinjuku (10 min) - calme de la rue de la maison - 3 vraies chambres (1 chambre double avec futon, une avec 2 lits simples, 1 avec un lit double et 1 lit simple) - possibilité d’en aménager une 4e en déplaçant un furoncle (mais pas de clim dans la 4e) - propreté - grande salle de bain - lave-linge et sèche-linge (dans la salle de bain ou alors étendoir sur la terrasse)

Cons: Pas adapté à tous (maison sur 3 niveaux donc si PMR ou difficulté à se déplacer compliqué pour utiliser la SDB, cuisine et toilettes qui ne sont pas au même niveau) - si grosse valise lourde ça peut être compliqué de les monter au dernier étage. - pas bien équipé au niveau vaisselle pour 6 personnes (manque de tasses, bols) Ce sont des détails pas gênant pour passer un bon séjour en tout cas, mais je partage les informations au cas où.

Net huis in Shinjuku

Pros: Net en schoon appartement. Goede locatie om Tokyo te bezoeken. Op loopafstand van Kabukicho. De eigenaar reageerde snel.

Cons: Wc was op de eerste verdieping in de keuken. Maar op zich konden we ermee leven.

Veldig sentralt, men samtidig veldig stille og rolig.

Pros: Flott plassering med kort vei til både metro og JR. Samtidig veldig stille og rolig, men bare et par minutter til masse god mat.

Pros: Maison typique de tokyo a deux pas d une station de métro qui nous a permis de circuler dans tout tokyo.nous étions au calme en plein centre. Maison avec 4 chambres qui nous permis d être confortable. Futon hyper confortable. Il faisait froid et le chauffage était treq adapté.

Cons: J ai tout apprecie. Petit bémol sur la taille de la cuisine zt le ma que de chaises mais plutôt logique en plein tokyo. Les toilettes dans la cuisine étrange mais bon on s y fait

Pros: Very convenient residential location close to the businesses.

Cons: Being a busy area one should expect some audible but not annoying traffic noise at night.

Pros: Feel like a house and comfortable. Overall house also enough for 7 to 9 person. Space also big.

Cons: Just the toilet and bathroom are separate , bathroom at level 1 and toilet at level 2. Very inconvenient for elderly.
