Pros: I booked it for my parent, great stay overall, really close to the subway station. The host response pretty fast, they allows us checkin early which helps a lot. Overall, pretty clean room with plenty of sleeping zone. The first floor has kitchen and fridge, better than some of the Airbnb i booked before.

Cons: Not really a bad thing, but just want to call it out for people who want to book, the first floor is relatively small compared to the second floor. but not really a big deal. In addition, the stair to the second floor is steep, be careful if you have knee problem.

Pros: 非常完美的一次东京家庭游，位置还不错，车站和便利店非常的近，周边也有许多公园和商铺值得散步。房屋非常的干净，配套也非常适合家庭旅游短期居住。除了空调内部的清洁没做到位，其它设施和电器都很干净。入住方便，环境安静，沟通顺畅，费用性价比极高。非常感谢这家公司让我与家人的旅行轻松愉快。位置：4星环境：5星配套：5星舒适度：4星沟通：5星

事前の案内が丁寧でした。

Pros: 7人(大人4人、子供3人)で宿泊しました。ダブルベッドが3台とソファーベッド(シングル、ダブル各1台)があり、広々とと眠ることが出来ました。プロジェクターがあったので、大画面で動画を楽しめました。駅から少し歩きますが、事前に写真付きの道案内の連絡をいただいていたので、迷わず到着出来ました。
