Japanese Modern House in Shinagawa

Worth the price and easy to access

Pros: - Washer and dryer. - Helpful staff and quick response. - Allow us to drop our luggage before checking in, however they are not responsible for the valuable items. - Clear direction instruction and easy to access - Close to Aeon, Muji, shopping mall - Variety of food selection - Water pressure is superb

Cons: - Pillow and mattress - Space constraints to open all luggage 😅

A sweet little house in Osaki

Pros: This little house was a gem. It's small but perfectly designed and equipped for every need. The futon beds were comfortable, the shower was superb, and it had all the necessary equipment, tools, and so much more. It was ideally located near Osaki station, which is on the Yamamote line. From Osaki station, you can also take direct trains to Kamakura and Yokohama if you desire to explore further out of Tokyo. Communication between the owner and us was very efficient. There were no issues with retrieving the keys. The surrounding area has an ample variety of restaurants and supermarkets. Across from Osaki station, there's Gate City, which also has quite a few good eateries. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood and it was surprisingly peaceful at night. There were very strict rules to be quiet and considerate at night.

Amazing accommodation for a family of 4

Pros: Easy access and I structions through booking.com with code for the lock box.

Cons: The beds were hard and comfortable however there was plenty of bedding to plump up the mattress.

Pros: -Clean ⭐️ -Calm area, away from hustle and bustle of tourist. -10 min walks to JR Osaki station. If you looking to move around Tokyo, this would be the perfect place - Washer / Dryer machine ⭐️.Pluspoint during our trip

Cons: Based on previous review, once u arrived, there will be huge steep and just be careful that’s all matters.

Pros: Really close to Osaki station and good amount of space.

Pros: It's near the JR line station which is really convenient for getting around Tokyo. The home itself was nice and clean when we arrived.

Pros: Everytjing was clean, the location was good, the bathroom was big enough even larger people like myself. Honestly it would be a great place to stay again in the future.

Perfect location, excellent facilities!

Pros: Absolutely loved our stay here! The house had everything we could possibly need and was great for our family of two adults and two kids. The location is excellent - right on the Yamanote line so very easy to get anywhere in Tokyo (and also travel onwards - it’s only one stop away from a big shinkansen hub).

Pros: Great contact with the owner. Very comfortably furnished and equipped apartment. E.g. If you need a handle somewhere, it is there. There is an adequate number of towel racks, etc. Washing machine with a full-function clothes dryer (no need to re-dry clothes). Close to the train station which is a b. good starting point for sightseeing. Very close to a good grocery store -> it was always possible to shop even late at night after returning.

Cons: All good. It will be niece to have few umbrellas in the apartment -> I have to think long to find what can be improved :).

Overall all is 9.0

Pros: Location , the cleanliness of the house and well equipped facilities.

Cons: Nothing much except needed to climb the staircase with luggage from the main road
