Amazing stay

Pros: The house has a true japanese concept such as layout, bathroom & hot water and bidet at wash sink & bathroom. There is a peach tree infront of the house which added the good feeling. In term of location, it is 300meter away from Koiwa station where you can catch a train or bus. 7E convenient store is located 100M away. Quite numbers of restaurant you may find along the way to Koiwa station. Big grocery shop & Don Quijote store are located infront/vicinity of Koiwa station. I am very fortunate to stay in Koiwa because the city is safe, quite & slow pace. Owner is always there to communicate in English. Kudos to the owner. Please gives this house a try, i gurantee you will not regret. Sure will repeat if i come to Tokyo for holiday in future.

Cons: Nothing at all.

Great family stay; clean and spacious

Pros: This was a wonderful home and perfect for a large group (we are a family of 7). It was beautifully clean with a good sized family area and spacious bedrooms. The hosts were highly responsive (we needed an extra towel and it was provided quickly). The home is within a few minutes of a supermarket and convenience stores, and around 7 min walk to the train station. We would definitely recommend the property to others.

Cons: The only thing to keep in mind is that this home is a short train ride to the major sightseeing of Tokyo (20-40 min) but it is super easy to get around so wasn’t a problem for us at all.

Pros: The house has a great living room for you to hang out with friends or family if you are a big group. Rooms have great beds, air conditioner, and it's located close to the metro/train station, convinience stores and the best ramen in Tokyo.

Good, clean and practical homestay for family vacation at convenient location

Pros: It was very convenient to get there from the Koiwa Station (via the Sōbu Main Line (Chūō-Sōbu Line). Edogawa, Tokyo, so if you do use the train a lot, this is a good and safe location. We also enjoyed the convenience of easy access to Lawson & Family Mart. House is very clean and lovely with sufficient rooms for us family of 5 pax, with heater and thoughtful amenities eg washing machine, kettle, microwave, umbrellas and hair dryer. Owner is very kind & responsive. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Cons: There was no iron, so if you would like to iron you can bring your own small travel iron, but it is not a big deal.

comfortable for our family of six (had the whole house), did not share the house with anybody else.

Pros: Property has only two (2) floors making it easier for less mobile people. Ground floor has a small bedroom, large dinning and kitchen area plus toilet and bathroom. Quiet area away from the main street, walk to the train station is level and takes about 7 minutes.

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Pros: Very convenient location close to the station, shops and supermarket. Quiet neighbourhood with almost no traffic. Spacious rooms, two separate toilets on both floors. Owner very responsive and helpful, no problems whatsoever! I highly recommend this place, will definitely book it again when visiting Tokyo.

Very enjoyable stay and good value for money

Pros: Spacious house with comfortable bed and pillows. Heater and warm water in the basin especially good for us travelling in chill seasons

Cons: Only 1 bathroom so large group travelling together have to queue to take bath. If there's a few more chairs it will be perfect for those who dine inside the house together, again, for larger group of more than 6...
