Charming New Home Launch: Direct access to Narita & Haneda Airports

Pros: This is a perfect Airbnb! The space is large enough to fit 5-6 large suitcases, and it's fully equipped with everything you need. Everywhere you look is a pleasant surprise. The host is very responsive and even provided snacks and coffee beans. My children and I stayed here for 6 nights and had a wonderful time.

Pros: Owner was responsive and provided good services. Owner was kind enough to allow early luggage drop-off before the check-in time. The unit is clean with sufficient amenities. Overall my family and I had a pleasant stay.

Cons: The unit has 3-storey with narrow staircase. It's a bit hard to move large luggage to the higher level.

Perfect home for Large families, great location

Pros: We were a family of 9. 5 adults (3 over 60), 4 kids under 8. Omitama Home was the best accommodation for our family. It had plenty of space to move around. We had everything we needed, two toilets, laundry, and a kitchen. The location was perfect. Easy walk to Koiwa train station, which conveniently had a grocery shop and food places to eat on b1 level. Every room had an aircon which is a must especially in summer. I would recommend it to all. Getting to the must see icons is easy from Koiwa. Lastly, the host Linda was excellent with communication. She was easy to get in contact with, responsive and always checked to see how we were doing. Beautiful home, perfect facilities and excellent location. Thank you for having us, we will come back to stay again.

Pros: Location was about a 8 minute walk to the closest station. All the local amenities. Property was clean in a quiet neighbourhood. Easy to get to Disneyland. Host was easy to contact.

Cons: If you are arriving after 8.30pm, the area turns into a red light district by the train station. We didn't feel unsafe and had kids walking after watching the football. We didn't have any issues and minded our business.

Everything was good. A very clean place and good for exploring Tokyo. Easy to get around by train.

Pros: The place is located in a quiet location and perfect for experiencing Daily life. It is easy to go by train to center of Tokyo. The apartment was very clean and the kids thought the apartment was fun. There is many food options close by.

Pros: The house is super nice with anime decorations everywhere. It has everything you need, so I barely had to prepare anything for my stay. Everything is really clean, both inside and around the neighborhood. The host is quick to respond and very helpful.

Cons: The house has three floors, so carrying big suitcases inside can be a bit tricky. Guests staying on the top floor might find it a bit of a hassle to bring their luggage or stuff up and down the stairs.

Great for family long stay as it makes you feel at home with ease

Pros: Everything was complete and clean and you will have all you need and more. I stayed for 9 nites in total as I extended my stay and I didnt need to buy anything extra to fulfill my needs of family of 5 during my stay, not even kitchen towels or tissue box. Everything is there, and clean. The host even left a present for us. This is my normal MO to bring a gift for my host, and this is the only time I forgot to do so...so the gift from the host was sort of a positive karma for us...what a lovely surprise. One of the things i love is there are plenty of closet space for all the rooms.

Cons: There are 3 floors in total...ground floor is entrance and one bedroom with 2 single beds, 1st floor is main living area with a TV, a game console with its own screen, kitchen, dining table, bathroom with toilet, washing machine and kitchen, and the top floor has two bedrooms (one with queen bed, the other empty floor with plenty of space for mattresses provided in the closet. There are lots of walking and climbing within the house itself but this is normal in Tokyo and we dont mind that as it gives us the privacy and space in return.

Excellent stay fitting to budget for my family of 5.

Pros: The property is very spacious, more than the usual Tokyo units I have been in. I stayed for 9 nites in total so the 3 rooms provided space and privacy for everyone. All the facilities you need are available. There is even a game console with its own integrated display which my kids simply love. Very much recommended for family stay. No worries about cleanliness as most if not all of the furniture and fittings are new or looking new.

Cons: Location is not near to areas you want to go but it is something we needed to sacrifice for the space and the budget. It is value for the money considering the space and the condition of the unit we got. Train station is about 10 minute walk away, passing through other residential units, and shops as you go nearer to Koiwa station. At the end of the day going back to the unit from the station, if you feel very tired of walking home, taxi is always available and waiting at the station, which took about 3 minutes and cost 5000 yen. Train ride to almost everywhere of interest to tourists will be about 40 to 50 minutes. Some location will be direct but the maximum I only need to change train once. Using google map to go anywhere is accurate to the point of which station to go to and which platform to get your next train.

Very nice and cozy

Pros: The house itself was very nice and comfy. Location was nice and convenient, many convenience store near the house and the nearest train station was 10 minutes away from the house. And the host was very kind and accomodating. Very worth it stay, and recommended to family planning to travel to tokyo.
