Budget friendly yet comfortable stay

Pros: Location. We slept well with quiet residential area.

Cons: Nothing special. We need spacious bedroom with giving up luxury stay. This house fits our needs.

Pros: The house is very old, but the house seems to be maintained well and we stayed without any problem. For those who prioritize cost-effectiveness, this house is one of the choice.

Good base for vacation in Tokyo.

Pros: We just stayed with short term renting as tourists. It locates in the block of silent area in Shinjuku. Dining table is in both of the house and the garage. Convenient and comfortable for reviewing the day with friends or having breakfast before leaving.

Cons: Nothing special. But some needs to avoid to stay due to this house age.

Pros: It's not very close to the station, but they guided very well. I don't need very stylish or luxury experience, This house offered spacious bed room which all can slept well. It live up to our expectations.

Cons: If you prefer special and extraordinary stay, this house may not be your choice. One with several people(more than 6) and need cost efficiency stay, this house will be good choice.

Pros: The house is cute and cozy, in a nice quiet neighborhood within quick walking distance to bustling Tokyo activity. Everything was communicated so efficiently, and the owner was very responsive. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
