Pros: Quite clean and pleasant, also did get good sleep and there was no noice from others.

Great experience, very helpful staff - I struggled with steps to top capsule so they moved me.

Pros: It was close to two rail lines, plenty of good choices close by, amazing views from rooftop. It was clean and exactly as advertised.

Cons: The bed was a little hard for me.

Pros: I really like that each floor has several toilet rooms — the design is very thoughtful and convenient. And the lounge view of Tokyo Tower 🗼 is absolutely amazing. I really love it!

Cons: Everything about this capsule hotel is good and perfect. However, I think the locker design could be improved. The upper and lower locker layout is not very convenient for travelers. Especially for female guests, the upper locker can be quite troublesome to use — even if the luggage isn’t heavy, it’s still not very practical. I’ve stayed at other branches before and didn’t encounter this issue.

Good stay but improvement could make it perfect.

Pros: Nice location, free breakfast I didn’t expect so it was a nice surprise. It was clean and quiet. The pod were quite big and spacious.

Cons: The thing that was missing for me was to have a lavatory in the restroom of the pod floors, because it was tedious to go back on the first floor to be able to only brush our teeth or wash our hands properly.

Pros: Great location, walking distance to stations.. Especially the yamanote line can access to most of the tourist attractions spot. Moreover, there's a nice bakery shop nearby.
