Excellent

Pros: It is a very ideal place for big families. We enjoyed our stay & the owner is very kind and nice. I would definitely recommend this place. Also the price is really affordable for a place in tokyo. It is a lovely quiet neighborhood as well. Quite far from the city but just a train ride away.

都心の日中と、少し郊外の宿が生み出すコントラスト豊かで自由な東京散策

Pros: 葛飾区の昔ながらの一軒家を、見事に貸別荘にリノベーションしています。紹介写真の通り、設備や間取りが宿泊費に対して非常に優れており、建屋も古いながらもよく清掃されており清潔です。都心部からは少々距離がありますが、山手線からの最小乗り換え回数はわずか一回のみであり、宿の目の前にはコンビニや深夜まで開いている飲食店もあり、困ることはありませんでした。対応くださるスタッフ様も、英語日本語両対応でアプリを介したコミュニケーションも円滑かつ迅速で、安心して宿泊できました。漫画「こち亀」の世界観で過ごしたい国内外の幅広い方にお勧めできる素敵な施設です。

Cons: 入り口のキーボックスのボタン反応が良くなく、正しく操作してもうまく反応せず、なかなか入れない、出かけられないことがありました。急いでいる際は余裕を持って行動しないと、思わぬところで時間を要してしまうかもしれません。また機会があれば宿泊したいため、交換いただけることを期待したいと思います。
