Very enjoyable stay.

Pros: Its location. Very close scramble crossing. Only mins walk away.

Cons: Too hot. However I didn’t understand the controls so hardly their fault.

Pros: The location of the hotel was in a little side street, walking distance form Shibuya's main attractions but far away enough from the noise.

Cons: The beds could have been more comfortable, a thin mattress on top of a wooden panels wasn't ideal.

Great value for money!

Pros: This hotel is really underrated as far as value for money! The location could not be better. The staff are so lovely and helpful. The rooms are small and basic. However the price reflects that. It’s clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend it to anyone who doesn’t want to pay a fortune for accommodation, but still wants something central, comfortable and family friendly.

A comfortable stay with good value for money

Pros: Great location in Shibuya, within walking distance to Shibuya Station, shopping, and restaurants. The room was clean and modern, though a bit small, which is typical for Tokyo. Staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth.

In general we liked our stay at this property and will come back one day!

Pros: It’s located in a very beautiful neighborhood, surrounded with nice coffee and clothing shops! The stuff was very friendly!

Cons: The room was very small and the bathroom was even smaller!

Pros: Location is superb, walking distance to the station making it extremely convenient. Fully stocked with amenities, towels given daily, and trash removed daily. Water pressure is excellent. Familymart right opposite the hotel just in case you need extra snacks. Bed is comfortable, pillow not so much but i think its a general thing

Cons: Room is small in general, tends to feel cramped especially with big suitcases and if you do a lot of shopping. Toilet area is small but manageable. No designated smoking area but this is clearly mentioned in the listing. Sockets only on one side of the bed, so bring long wires with you!

Great location!

Pros: The hotel is located only 5 minutes by foot from Shibuya Scramble Square. Nevertheless at night it gets very quiet. Also there is a convenience store right across the street and many cafés around.

Pros: Good staff, facilities, building and cleanliness, in a young persons area. Attached cafe for breakfast and lunch, was really good, staff and food made you want to return.
