Comfortable stay with friends

Pros: We stayed for 3 nights, and the unit accommodated 5 guests comfortably. Don’t expect hotel-level service — this place is more like a cozy home stay. Both Kinshicho and Sumiyoshi stations are about a 10+ minute walk away. Unfortunately, we only found out later that the Kinshicho area is much more lively (has supermarket and mall). We mostly used Sumiyoshi station during our trip. The bed and sofa were quite sunken, but surprisingly soft and comfortable and we slept really well. Both toilets worked perfectly, but only the ground floor toilet has a bidet (the upstairs one doesn’t). Overall, the facilities were simple but sufficient, and our stay was pleasant.

Cons: There was a Maserati parked outside the unit, and we had some difficulty on the first day since we arrived with a rented car. We couldn’t park directly in front of the unit, so we had to use a nearby paid parking spot for a while and drag our luggage instead of unloading right at the doorstep. Also, the washing machine was broken during our stay, so we couldn’t do our laundry. Not much of a problem anyway.

Very cozy and comfortable!

Pros: Everything that you will need for a very comfortable stay is there! It was very good for our family of 8!

Cons: The toilet upstairs is not available

Top value for money

Pros: Best value for money for 10 persons in Tokyo. Not fa far from 2 metro Stations. I particularly liked that there was all needed spices and sauces to cook unlike other places that we have rented. The ground floor was also enough large to be able to open up and repack all lir suitcases

Cons: Would have be better and 10/10 if the upper toilets were available

Pros: Buena ubicación, buen precio, estacionamiento de lado gratis… barrio tranquilo.

Cons: El piso de la cocina estaba roto… solo eso…

Pros: The location, get to have the whole house to ourselves. It was a good experience for my friends from other countries to see Japanese house, the size, the style, etc. And it's great if your flight is much latter than the check out time. Because the rate is reasonable and you can just book an additional night and stay till your flight time. More affordable than hotel hourly late check out rates.

Cons: One of the planes of the kitchen floor by the sink was flail and we had to take care not to step on the plane when at the sink. Other than that everything were in working order.

少し気になる部分はありますが、6人で泊まる分には十分な施設で快適に過ごすことができました！ありがとうございました！

Pros: カトラリーが豊富で助かりました！ シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープあります。いい香りでした！！ 2つベッドのある部屋が3つもあり、寝やすいです！1階のソファーで寝ることもできました。

Cons: キッチンの床が1部壊れている部分があり、少し危険なようでした。 火災報知器がインターネット接続できていないようで、ずっとピーピーと音を鳴らしていました。少しうるさかったです。

Excellente situation dans un bon quartier, mais aménagement à améliorer

Pros: Excellente situation géographique, près de 2 gares (JR et métro) et d'un quartier très animé avec grands magasins. Espace suffisant pour 7 ou 8 personnes.

Cons: L'entretien du matériel est trop négligé: un trou dans le plancher de la cuisine, les canapés sont défoncés, la table est trop petite, le meuble de salle de bains trop bon marché est abîmé... Dommage car cette petite maison pourrait être parfaite avec un peu de soin.

Um lugar bem aconchegante.

Pros: Gostamos muito das camas., confortáveis e grandes. Achei muito bom a quantia de toalhas disponíveis para nós. As louças eram grandes e bonitas. WiFi, ar condicionado, kotatsu, higiene pessoal, tudo estava ótimo.

Cons: Não gostamos muito do chão da cozinha, tinha uma parte que afundava ao pisar, atrapalhava um pouco. O sofá ficaria perfeito se houvesse mais almofadas.

Great place. Will be booking again on my next trip

Pros: Very spacious, great location with walking distance to several restaurants, shopping areas, and JR rail line.
