Superb place.

Pros: Perfect location near a train station (not even a 10 minute walk), a shop (5 minute walk), and a short 20 minute walk to Tokyo Skytree. The house was immaculate when we first arrived and located in a quiet area. We had everything we needed in the house for our 6 night stay and didn't need to buy anything extra. The owner herself is an incredibly kind and courteous person, if we are ever in the Tokyo area again I would gladly stay here and will be recommending the place to anyone interested in visiting Tokyo.

Cons: No complaints.

Pros: The house is very nice & equipped as needed. We stayed as a family with 4 children without problems. The host is helpful and friendly through email, we did not need him to be physically present. The closest metro/train station is just 4 or 5 minutes away by foot.

Cons: Small, as every square inch in Tokyo counts. But it was very nice nevertheless!
