Pros: Location was great. Only 3 mins walk from Naka-Okamachi station. However was a little difficult to find on our first day even with Google maps. Suggest the directions advise which station and which exit to utilise to get to property. Otherwise property was clan and spacious by Tokyo standards. Easily accommodated our group of 5

Cons: You have to navigate a set of very narrow stairs to access the property which can be difficult with large luggage and kids in tow

It was a good accommodation

Pros: The inn was easily accessible by train from both Haneda and Narita airports. It was easy to find by using the Lawson convenience store near the inn as a landmark on a map app. I stayed here with three friends. The bedrooms were separated into two or three rooms, so privacy was maintained and it was a comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity to come to Tokyo.

Convenient, neat apartment for our family

Pros: Great facilities in the room, clean and comfortable. Location very convenient, with just a short walk to Ueno station. Plenty of options for dining nearby. Appreciated the provision of some Japanese snacks for our stay.

A great value complex accommodation in busy Tokyo, close to everything.

Pros: The host very attentive n caring, go above n beyond to help, when I asked for storing luggage, recommendations for local food. Very responsive. The advertising said no WiFi but in fact it has, a great bonus. The restaurants were closed when we stayed there 3 days, so didn’t hear noise. In 5 mins, will arrive the famous food area where we can find everything we want.

Cons: Need to carry luggage’s upstairs. If you have lots of luggage, might find it tiring. But if travel light, no issues!

Pros: Small but has everything we needed. Close to shops, restaurants, conbini shops and public transport. Lovely thoughts and gestures from the owners.

Convenient and cosy

Pros: Loved the location and ease of access, beds were super comfortable and good amenities. Kids enjoyed being able to have separate rooms. Lovely and quiet at night too. Would definitely stay again. Very easy to get to from Ueno station.

Cons: Google maps didn't like the address - took us a while to find, best to search by landmarks. Lawson's is opposite. Also, be careful entering the code -we made an error and got locked out, had to get a new code. Owner rectified the problem very quickly. If stairs are a concern for you, it might not be the place for you to book. Fine for us though.

Pros: 整體環境非常乾淨宜人，只要下方店面沒什麼生意基本上不會有太多噪音！對面就是Lawson且附近就有超市離上野跟御徒町很近非常方便。老闆也很友善，有問必答也非常理解我們難處🥰 馬上就幫我們安排我們的希望，如果有機會會再二訪！

Loved our stay

Pros: Location is AMAZING. The host is very easy to communicate with, he even left some snacks and drinks for us and took our trash when needed. Very nice apartment with everything close by. Lawson across the street, 7-eleven is 3 min walk, family mart is like 4 min away walk. We walked everywhere while staying there. Chinese restaurant on the first floor is convenient for occasional lunches and/or dinners. They offer a very nice lunch special for 550 yen. We loved our stay here and will definitely stay again.

Cons: The only small - very small challenge were the stairs. Need to be careful as they are steep.
