Amazing residential house in Tokyo

Pros: I loved the house, it was a great space. all very clean. lovely to come back home to after day of busy tokyo. Also the neigbourhood is nice and peacefull, and interesting on it's own, with the market etc.. Well located close to the metro, your on many locations whitin 30min

Cons: nothing really. Maybe some Netflix or international streaming could be nice. But that's not really important.

Pros: Great neighbirhood and location to train. Clise proximity to it was welcome. Apt. Space was decent, but half the Luving room was occupied by a ceremonial Tea setup in a Tatami mat whuch serves no purpose in a tourist accomnidation and is a waste of precious space whic would be far more uaeful as an expanded living area with mire comfortable and wider sofa or chairs Currenr furniture is very uncomfortable which is easily correctable with some thought. The difference would turn this into a higher rated space. Bedroom is also poorly thoughr out. One double bed at the far end facing the entry would give space for nightstand & lamp each side and space for a small sofa bed along the side wall near the closet. Same 3 people could be accommodated w/ much easier accessibility and pleasant feel. Climbing over each other to get out is a very bad setup. Take these as constructive suggestions from a Design Architect whi knows space planning...
