Authentic japanese living experience for families/groups

Pros: Typical japanese single family house. Perfect for experiencing authentic japanese living for a longer (5+ days) stay with family. You have all the amenities you need, especially having a washing machine is handy. The location is also close to the next JR station and local shopping street. Although close to the rails, you can't really hear the trains passing by (we had the windows closed most of the time due to visiting in autumn) While we didn't meet the owner in person, the communication through messages was great. She was always happy to answer our questions.

Cons: While it was no problem for us, keep in mind that the water pressure and heating might not be the same as you're used to in European cities. Water can take a bit of time to get warm (be sure to turn on the heating through the panel).

Pros: The house is a gem. Even with 8 people there is a gem. Very supportive staff.

Pros: Excellent layout over 3 floors so worked really well for our group. Location was perfect on a main line for train.

Cons: Kitchen could do with a deep clean and somewhere to put bin bags when full. I had to leave a full weeks worth of full rubbish outside the front door because there was nowhere to put the rubbish. Grill/oven tripped the electric when the air-con was on

Pros: Heaps of room for our family of 9, clean house, close to shinkoiwa station and shopping street, we spent hours of fun looking at everything for sale, heaps of food shops around some even open 24hrs, does not have a smart tv but this was fine with us, friendly neighbours too.

Spacious house

Pros: Quick walk to Shin-Koiwa Station. The house was spacious, we were a group of 8. Beds were comfy. The shower is a bit awkward and there isn't a shower curtain. The stairs are manageable compared to other stairs I've encountered. Great having two toilets, 1st and 2nd floor. Close to eateries and shops.

Pros: 駅から近く、近隣にコンビニ、スーパーもあり、日常品買い出しなど便利でした。 閑静な住宅地で、子連れにはベストです！

Pros: 建物や部屋も広く、大人3子供8人での3日間の滞在でしたが 不便なく一軒家と言うのもあり余裕で過ごせました

Cons: 掃除が微妙に行き届いて居なかったのが残念でした

Absolutely fantastic, would recommend this house to stay in when in Tokyo

Pros: The house is situated in Shin-Koiwa which is away from the main area of Tokyo city, however, the train station is only a 5 minute walk away. Once you figure out how to use Google Maps for directions, the trains are so easy to use to get around. ShinKoiwa has it's own community so we had everything we needed, food, shopping, entertainment etc right on our door step. The area was safe and quiet. Would absolutely recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in Tokyo.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like. We loved staying in this house, we went away for a few nights to another area and were really glad to get back home. Fresh air, lovely comfortable home.
