Trip to Tokyo

Pros: Great location, within walking distance of the train station which had regular trains to central Tokyo. Loads of space for the family and plenty of local shops nearby. Would certainly use the house again if we visit Japan again.

Great Group Accommodation for Tokyo

Pros: Good value for large groups or families Plenty of room 2 x dbl, 2 x single beds Rest futons but a big separate room for these Great for big groups/family - everyone has their own space Easy commute to disney Land/ Sea - under 1 hour Good budget accommodation for families/groups - like your own inner city rental terrace Lots of kitchen stuff Washing machine with powder 15 min walk to station - but can uber - and train straight to Narita airport so very convenient for that - no need to get airport transfer.

Cons: No tissues or paper towels Lack of instructions A bit cold as electricity cuts off if use all air cons Could do with a double adapter in the kitchen - had to unplug kettle to use microwave Towels were limited and not very big or fluffy No teatowels A few things like above lacking but nothing major and I have told the owner so should be good now

We had a great holiday and a nice stay.

Pros: We were 4 people so everybody got his own room. AC Unit in every room and a working washing machine on the top floor. Big bathroom with shower and bathtub. Around 10 min, walk to Shin-Koiwa Station with couple of convenience stores and drug stores on the way.

Overall was spacious and plenty of room for our family of 5.

Pros: Kitchen had lots of supplies and plenty of room for cooking. Beds were comfortable. Loved the body wash provided! Overall clean, and enjoyed our stay here.

Cons: Toilet was very compact and had a bit of a smell so we removed mat straight away and tried cleaning floor. No dryer provided however there is a laundromat just a few doors down which was great.

heerlijk, zo'n heel huis voor jezelf

Pros: een plek voor jezelf hebben vinden wij altijd zoveel fijner dan een hotel! 's Avond moe op de bank hangen en nog even een serie kijken, je kleding in het pittige snelle wasmachientje gooien en het weer fris eruit halen, een lekker bento boxje halen bij een 7-eleven of Lawsons in de buurt en aan tafel opsmullen. Een host die zeer snel antwoordt als je hem een appje met een vraag stuurt.

Cons: niks hoor, we hadden er zo kunnen blijven wonen ;-)

Cozy and just right!

Pros: Loved the location and how close it was to the train station! And the bathroom was 10/10!

Cons: The downstairs room immediately smelled like wet dog since we walked in but other than that no complaints!

Pros: Geräumiges Haus mit dem notwendigsten ausgestattet. Gelegen in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. In der Straße zur Bahnstation gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants. Wir konnten das Gepäck schon vor dem Check In um 16:00 Uhr abstellen.

Cons: Etwas weit von der Bahnstation zu laufen. Um Zugang zur Wohnung zu erhalten, sollte extra eine App für das Schlüsselsystem installiert werden. Diese steht für deutsche Handys nicht zur Verfügung. Es ging dann doch einfach mit Pin code.

Geräumig, hell und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Pros: Sehr geräumige und helle, freundliche Wohnung. Gut ausgestattet. Betten und Sofa sehr bequem. Nach Check-out durften wir unser Gepäck noch bis nachmittags in der Wohnung lassen, bis wir zum Flughafen mussten.

Cons: Es hätte an der einen oder anderen Stelle noch etwas sauberer sein können. Der Bodenbelag im Wohn- und Esszimmer ist mit Klebestreifen angeklebt und löst sich an verschiedenen Stellen.

Pros: 我們有帶一位兩歲幼兒和一位0歲嬰兒同行，二樓的塌塌米空間大又安全，可以放心讓小孩自由活動翻滾，睡覺也不怕掉落。只是二樓無廁所，洗漱都要下去一樓。隔音不好但是在住宅區所以晚上很安靜。房間都有暖氣但廁所和浴室沒有，所以洗澡上廁所很冷。 只有廁所有衛生紙，其他地方要自備。有洗衣機，但洗完衣服會卡很多棉絮。 整體而言很舒適！
