Great Stay – Strategic Location with Nearby Shops & Grocery, Spotlessly Clean

Pros: Overall, the 3-storey house is quite spacious compared to most homes in Tokyo and most importantly, it has three bathrooms which is incredibly convenient. The host provided clear and detailed instructions and was very responsive throughout our stay.

Cons: The upstairs room currently has two beds that make the space feel extremely cramped you can’t even move there were just an inch from the door. Consider replacing them with a bunk bed or a bed with a pull-out trundle to help address the space constraint. Adopting a minimalist IKEA-style design would also make the room feel more spacious and conducive to use, while keeping it simple and functional.

Nice private house for large family or group. House was clean

Pros: In a very convenient location, Close walking distance to train station and corner store. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet

Cons: Bed was too hard for my liking. Not ideal for any people who are overweight/overly large as staircase is quite narrow so one would have difficulty going up to the second or third level and it seems the house is set up for smaller frame persons

Decent stay

Pros: The owner is very responsive to me. Even its very late at night still reply my message while i am having trouble on for the hot water.

Cons: Bathrooms and room no hook. Should put label on all switch. No cutlery i the kitchen.

Pros: ⭐︎トイレ3箇所、浴室+シャワー室が1つあり、 大人数での旅行だったので助かりました ⭐︎年頃の連れがおり、個室希望者が多かったため、 寝室が多くて助かりました ⭐︎リビングのベッドとテレビの位置が良かったです ⭐︎ポールハンガーが大きくて良かったです ⭐︎スタッフさんの対応が早くて助かりました ⭐︎全体的に良い宿なのに、価格がお手頃でした

Cons: ★思ったより駅から距離がありました （田舎者の足では） ★リビングのソファー下の埃が気になりました ★各個室にティッシュがあるといいなと思いました ★浴室の扉がガラスで、 入浴中に他の人が脱衣所を使えないのは 少し不便に感じました

快適！！

Pros: とても綺麗でお部屋も沢山ありお風呂も広く快適でした。 スタッフの方は質問にスムーズに対応して下さり良かったです！

Cons: お風呂に少し汚れが残っていた。

Pros: It was very clean, and had everything we needed(soap, toilet paper, pots and pans, etc).

Cons: The bed was not very comfortable.

Pros: トイレやお風呂がたくさんあり、大人数で泊まりましたが快適でした！ ベッドの部屋が多くプライベート空間がしっかりありよく休めました！

Cons: キッチンのカトラリーや食器類が充実していたら嬉しかったです。 ソファーのシミが気になりました。 洗濯に柔軟剤があれば嬉しかったです。

Multi room stand alone house with many beds and bathrooms.

Pros: So many rooms and lots of beds. Good air conditioner in the living room and one of the bedroom upstairs. Didn’t use other rooms.

Cons: It’s out of the way from central Tokyo but it was perfect for us who was settling our son into a dormitory few blocks away. Quiet suburbs.

Pros: 地方近東京中心點，鄰近有車站和便利店（6分鐘步行時間），有泊車的地方，有洗衣乾衣設備，地方整潔，負責人回應迅速而且十分願意提供協助。

Cons: 地點有點難找，開車時容易去了另一條街道，如有有照片提示在那一個建築物就要左轉會更理想一些。

良かったです！

Pros: 駅からも遠くなく、スーパーやコンビニも駅前にあるから買い物に困らなかったです。 エアコンの効きも良く、毎日洗濯ができる環境で、快適でした。

Cons: 時計が止まってたり、トイレットペーパーホルダーが外れかけていたりしていました。 お皿やコップ、カトラリーの数がバラバラだったのが残念です。
