Pros: Small but cozy and comfortable house for our family of 4 (2 adults & 2 teenagers). The host provides everything needed for your stay. Clear instructions/guide in English. Good wifi for upstairs level.
Cons: The toilet is small but I think that’s with the design of the house, they optimised all the available space.

Great location and excellently equipped
Pros: The accommodation had plenty of room for a couple with 3 grown up children. The house was very well equipped. Easy access to a train station going to Shinjuku where you could get connections all around Tokyo. Everything in the house was labelled clearly in English for non Japanese visitors.
Cons: Although on aside street some road noise from the main street, but not unexpected in a big city.

Roomy and not too far from the action in Tokyo
Pros: Well appointed, with everything you need. Kids loved nintendo, parents liked the cable/satellite TV. It had a great rooftop area handy as extra space to relax or dry washing. Spacious bathroom. Parking included such a bonus, close to train stations with a train ride not far to Shinjuku. We used a mattress on the floor for a 5th person and there was plenty of space in the lounge to do so. Kitchen and cooking facilities were adequate. The extra information on places to eat and go in the area was appreciated.
Cons: Nothing really. We had everything we needed and communication with the host was great.

Perfect play for a longer stay in Tokyo
Pros: This is a perfect option for a longer stay in Tokyo. We stayed for 20 days and rented a car for day trips. The parking space is a massive bonus, as is the location, with one entrance to one of the main elevated motorways less than 1km away. For days in Tokyo, train connections are great, 10m walking to either local or express station and then less than 10m to reach Shinjuku where you can spread all over the Tokyo map. There's also a bus #66 door to door to Shibuya. The apartment itself is wonderful, everything is clean and very well explained. Aircon worked great to shield from the heat at night. We couldn't be more happy with the decision to stay here vs a family hotel room. Emi was a great host and communication excellent.
Cons: To be noted, the stairs between floors may be steep for some.

Perfekt für Familien, die Zeit in Tokyo verbringen wollen
Pros: Das Haus war sehr schön und geräumig. Es war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wir mussten (außer Essen) nichts besorgen. Von Müllbeutel, über Waschmittel, Seife, Pflaster bis Küchenrolle war alles vorhanden. Wir konnten nach der Ankunft sofort in unseren Urlaub eintauchen, ohne lästige Besorgungen. Auch Spielzeug für die Kinder war vorhanden.
Cons: Uns hat alles gefallen.

Cons: ห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นหลังใช้ แต่ทางเจ้าของห้องพักนำสเปรย์ปรับอากาศมาไว้ให้พอช่วยบรรเทากลิ่นได้

Pros: échanges très sympathiques avec la propriétaire l'appartement est assez spacieux, parfait pour 3 personnes. lits très confortable, climatisation dans chaque pièce. le système de code pour ouvrir la porte est très pratique car on n'a pas besoin d'avoir des clés avec nous pendant la journée.
Cons: quelques petites lumières tamisées seraient un plus. le wifi ne fonctionne pas à l'étage inférieur.
