Perfect family base in great neighbourhood ❤️

Pros: Such a well set up house in a great location. Perfect for a family, the kids loved having their own rooms, enjoyed the gaming consoles and adored the heating under the table in the living room. Parents loved the roof terrace and the well-equipped kitchen.

Cons: No negatives to this house, it was all good.

We have enjoyed our stay at the house - great location and facilities.

Pros: Short walk from the station, excellent communication with the host, easy access with the code, within walking distance to all attractions, shopping and places to eat. Only short travel to Kichijoji, Shibuya and Shinjuku. Will definitely stay again.

Really nice comfortable house

Pros: The house was very clean. It has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Furthermore, there were a Nintendo Switch and a Xbox, and even toys for kids were provided. Additionally, it is only a short walk to the train station. We loved the pillows!

Cons: The property is directly next to the train tracks, so you can hear the trains passing by. Although it is a house, be aware it is small as most houses in Japan (we were 4 adults and 2 little children).

Koenji awesome stay.

Pros: We loved this stay, we loved Koenji and to be so near all the action was awesome. The apartment was excellent, so large, which isn't common. We were hosted excellently and didn't need or wonder for anything for long. What a great stay.

Cons: Hard to find anything to improve. More plates to match the people maybe but we loved this apartment and stay.

Pros: Very good location - 3min walk to JR. Quirky neighbourhood, fun to explore. Countless eateries. Apartment was well-appointed and comfortable. Kids loved the Nintendo. Pocket wifi was thoughtful touch.

Pros: The location was perfect and there was everything in the house that we needed. The house was cosy and comfortable.

Pleasant stay in this cozy house

Pros: You basically get a whole house for yourself, very clean, good spot near the subway station. The host left a lot of clear instructions for the household and tips for the neighborhood, very sweet. Extra plus for the roof terrace. Very price worthy.

Pros: This house was in a fabulous location, so many bars and restaurants right outside the door. It was Easy to get into main Tokyo by train. Clean and comfortable and everyone fought to get the Ghibli themed room! Hope we get the chance to visit again!

Pros: Evde her turlu seyi bulabilirsiniz. Emi sizin adiniza ihtiyac duyabileceklerinizi eve yerlestirmis. Koenji hem sehre yakin hem de restoran ve marketleri ile guzel bir bolge. Cok memnun kaldik.

Cons: Tuvalette lavabo olmamasina sasirdik. Kucuk bir detay ama olsa iyi olurdu.
