Great house in cool area 😎

Pros: Can’t say enough good things about this property! Nobu was so easy to communicate with and the directions/instructions made life very easy 😊 We loved the location, just far enough away from the bustle but close enough for easy subway transfers. Supermarket and 711 right next door. Lovely and clean, would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Nothing really, suited us fine. Might not be suitable for smaller children due to steep stairs and closed fire doors. Some people may not like 15min walk to nearest subway station but it is a nice stroll through neighbourhood.

Cute and affordable place

Pros: The house was clean and tidy. The rooms are big and it accommodate 5 adults and 4 children with it being only 1 couple in the group. The owner was loving even replying to us at 1130 pm. to give the taxi directions in Japanese for us. Pretty house would stay again and 10min walk to train station and shopping It had a market right around the corner of the house, which was very convenient

Cons: Too many stairs for older people and needed the operating instructions for the washer/dryer in English. There was construction going on directly across the lane, which made it every noisy

Pros: Unterkunft hat viel Platz und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. In direkter Nähe befinden sich drei Einkaufsläden sowie eine schöne Straße mit vielen Essensmöglichkeiten.

Cons: Die Wohnung hat etwas mit Feuchtigkeit zu kämpfen, die Entfeuchtungsfunktion der Klimaanlage hilft etwas. Fenster müssen regelmäßig geöffnet werden.

Pros: 7eleven and family mart right around the corner and only 10 min walk from the train station. Cutest rooftop ever with the prettiest sunrise/sunset. Love the town of koenji with thrift stores and amazing foods.

we really enjoyed ourselves. nice to have a quiet place to come back to after a busy day touring around.

Pros: nice Japanese neighborhood. quiet away from the hustle and bustle. easy to get to various parts of the city by subway. clean and comfortable.

Cons: the towels need to be replaced as they were frayed. the tv should be updated to allow for streaming Netflix. the cab driver got very confused and we ended up finding the house ourselves. the manual with photos was very helpful for that. no one ever answered my questions sent through the booking.com message function although I did receive messages that way.
