Pros: The house was large, quirky and fun. It felt different to anywhere else we had been in Japan. The main reception room on the ground floor was vast and great for hanging around, playing games, eating, etc. Lots of bikes on the walls; all in good condition from what I could see. We really enjoyed our stay here and wish we had spent more time here than in much smaller accommodations.

Generally a pleasant stay with great value for such a big group as ours (9 of us)
Pros: Many amenities provided like washing machine, dryer, hangers, hair-dryer, iron, microwave oven etc. There were also 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets in the villa, which is nice for a big group. Nice rooftop attic too to get some fresh air and to hang clothes. There were also bicycles free to ride around the neighbourhood! Overall pretty good value for money.
Cons: The living room on the ground floor was cold even with the heater on. The tap water on this floor has no hot water so it was really cold to wash the dishes during winter. Microwave and some plates/bowls could be left on the ground floor kitchen as it's the main dining area, instead of on the 2nd floor. The ceiling light was also spoilt in one of the bedroom (didn't feedback immediately to the owner as we made do with the table lamp. But i believe it'll be fixed if we had feedback earlier). Overall the bedrooms are generally cosy. The stairs were steep. We have to be extra careful going up and down. As bedrooms were on 1st floor, luggage has to be carried up the steep stairs. The villa is slightly far, we have to take a 15mins bus ride from Tabata Station to reach it. But it's clustered in a local neighborhood near a school and river, so the vibe is very local. Very interesting if you have time to explore the area. Maybe a summer time stay is more suited in this villa. If heating/insulation can be improved on, and the steep stairs fixed somewhat, it'll be perfect!

Beautiful accomodation that’s perfect for large groups!
Pros: Staff were incredibly helpful when I had issues with the lock and the power! Property is beautiful and perfect for a large group travelling together. The bikes were a great addition and made the convenience store runs so much more fun and easier!
Cons: Some of the bedrooms had light fabric curtains that didn’t block out the street lights. Had to use an eye mask. But other bedrooms were very dark.

大人数利用で楽しくお得に過ごせる宿
Pros: 3家族で利用しました。 とても楽しく過ごせました。 内装もオシャレでステキでした。 とてもお得に泊まれて助かりました。 ありがとうございました🙏
Cons: 【こうなったらもっとステキだと思ったこと】 ■3階にキッチンがありますがテーブルは1階にしかありません。屋上でバーベキュー等を楽しむには3階キッチンが便利ですが… 簡単な食事の準備を一階でもできるように、家電（電子レンジや湯沸かしポット等）が1階にもあればいいなと感じました。 ■1階から2階へ上がる階段の途中に2階の床の出っ張りがあり、何人か頭をぶつけました。注意書きなど対策があるといいなと思いました。 ■2階部分に細かい段差がいくつかあります。コチラも気づきにくく何人かがつまずいたりしていました。 ■2階にも3階にもシャワールームがあり助かりましたが、どちらかに湯船があればさらに嬉しかったです。

快適でした。
Pros: とにかくスタッフさんの対応が素晴らしかったです。ありがとうございました。また色んな種類の調理器具やコップなどが揃っていて良かったです。
Cons: イスが不安定だったり階段が急で且つ壊れそうで少し怖かったです。

Awesome, unique space in a quiet part of Tokyo
Pros: Really cool place with plenty of space for a group of friends like us. Each bedroom had AC and a nice bed with a bunch of pillows. The location is not touristy at all, which for us was a good thing! A very unique find in Tokyo, for sure, I would definitely recommend to any groups/families.
Cons: I could see the remote location being an issue for some people, but we didn't mind it. The bikes there weren't the best for tall guys.
