We really loved it here and we will come again

Pros: The host helped us with our luggage and we are very thankful for that.

Great location in a very well equipped house in a quiet area but walking distance to everything.

Pros: Fabulous location and having the whole house to ourselves was perfect. Very quiet but restaurants right around the corner. Spacious bedroom and cupboard space

Cons: For those of us sleeping in the lounge area, the Fire exit sign was a pain so we slept with eye masks on. No glasses in apartment but these were provided very quickly.

Pros: Great location clean and comfortable. Host was responsive. Close to subway and the local 7eleven. Good coffee shop at the end of the road. Too hot to use the rooftop terrace but it looks great. Very small apartment I would say max 4 guests as it is only 1 bedroom and the other beds set up in the lounge which gives you no space to relax.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely look to stay here again.

Pros: The owner/manager was more than helpful which always is a bonus when staying anywhere. This property is nicely finished and the additional toilet facilities are a great inclusion. The accommodation is very closely situated to the metro and convenience store.

Cons: The property has a narrow internal staircase which made it a little more challenging when moving around especially with luggage. We were a family of 6 travelling together and although there was ample space it was a little tight when accomodating people, sleeping space and luggage. I think this place would be better suited for a party of up to 4 guests.

Pros: The property is located in an ideal location, very quiet and safe neighborhood but also very close to the interesting areas in Tokyo.

A whole 3 floors of a modern house to ourselves.

Pros: Small house all to ourselves. Bathroom and toilet separate in the entry level, bedroom and kitchen and another toilet on second floor. Rooftop on top floor, which we sadly didnt get to enjoy as it was raining lightly. Modern and clean home. Main bed very comfy. Full kitchen (we didn't use as we preferred to eat local). Easy access to subway. Kids loved the projector to stream their shows on the wall. Bathroom spacious and very pretty decorated. Loved the waterfall shower head. Doubles as drying room to dry your clothes (we got damp from rain).

Cons: While it is advertised as two bedrooms, this is Japanese terms, the kids have rollaways in the kitchen space with curtains to separate. They were fine with this, given we only had two nights here.

Good experience!

Pros: Location is fine, quite central and near to a metro-station that gets you everywhere. Apartment has everything you require for a short stay with a few persons.

A lovely place to stay in Tokyo

Pros: Prime location, free parking in front of the house which is convenient. The house is very updated with very nice bathroom and two toilets. We stayed for 7 nights and found it very handy to travel everywhere with such a quiet residential area.

Cons: The bath tub with Jacuzzi was not really clean, found hair still stuck in the bubble holes; the air conditioning was dusty and mouldy which was a let down.

Excellent location and comfortable apartment

Pros: The location is fantastic. Very handy to transport and restaurants. The apartment has all very modern facilities and appliances. The rooftop was a nice place for happy hour in the afternoons.

Cons: The plants in the entry and on the roof top needed some “tlc”.

Super clean house in Tokyo for a family!

Pros: Beautiful house! My family with four small kids felt right at home. Giant bath tub with spa features was a lovely surprise. Washing machine in the room even dried our clothes for us which was great. Very clean. Friendly hosts with great communication. Baby gate was high quality- appreciated this Thoughtful addition with the steep staircase. All amenities were provided.
