A Convenient Stay with Warm Hospitality

Pros: Excellent service. The cleaning staff were very attentive and kind β€” they brought us bottled water regularly, provided fresh slippers every day, and restocked toiletries daily. We always had complete supplies, which made our stay comfortable. The staff were friendly and could communicate well in English, which made everything easier for us as international travelers. Another big plus is the location β€” it’s perfect. The hotel is just about a 2-minute walk to the train station, making it very convenient for getting around Tokyo. Despite the small room size, the great service, cleanliness, and unbeatable location made our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel, especially for travelers who prioritize convenience and friendly service.

Cons: The room was quite small, and with our luggage it felt a bit crowded, which is something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with multiple bags.

Pros: Breakfast was at the hotel over the road. Perfect for what we needed. Staff were very friendly and nothing was a bother.

Cons: There was three of us and the single bed was a fold down couch and not that comfortable. Possibly ok for a child.

Friendly staff, excellent location, perfect base to travel around Tokyo

Pros: Location is a 5min walk from the train station and is very close to a variety of restaurants and convenience stores. The staff were some of the loveliest that I have ever encountered. The room was comfortable and clean and exactly what we needed for our stay. We booked a standard queen room, which is a little larger than the standard, and it was perfect for 2 adults

The staff at Centurion Hotel very accommodating, and the hotel was a 5min walk from Akasaka-Mitsuke.

Pros: We were very grateful to the staff at Centurion Hotel Grand as they accommodated my family's request to have our 2 rooms close to each other.

Cons: The hotel is dated, especially Centurion Vintage (right across Centurion Grand). The flooring, decor and aesthetic were quite old and perhaps need some refreshing.
