Great location in the center

Pros: Great location, you can walk there from Tokyo station, and there is a 7-11 is just around the corner. The staff are nice and helpful, and the room was clean and comfy - especially the beds

Pros: Short walk from West exit Kanda station. Interesting area and close to many other interesting places.

Cons: I would really like a sheet as well as the Doona and an extra pillow.

Super friendly staff, would stay here again!

Pros: I accidentally left one of my belongings in my hotel room. The staff was super friendly and helpful and put me in contact with a provider to send this back to Australia. They even put a paper crane in the package! 10/10 service

Pros: Very close to transport and only a 15 minute walk to Tokyo station. Breakfast was good.

Cons: Room was very small only a little space for moving around the bed. Luckily we didn’t have any large luggage. It would not fit in the room.

The stay was great value for money, clean and convenient!

Pros: Location was amazing. Mid way between Otemachi and Kanda stations. Close to convenience stores.

Cons: Rooms were very small albeit typical of Japan.

Pros: The hotel staff was very responsive and kind. Room was aptly cleaned and no issues faced. Even though it was small, the room was still very comfortable. Location is nice, around 7-9 minutes from the nearest station.

Cons: The room size and the overall cost of the hotel didn't seem to match but I guess that's fine given its Tokyo

Good location, clean but small rooms.

Pros: Conveniently located in a finance/business district away from the busy parts of the city but still within reasonable commuting distance to the tourist hotspots. Friendly and helpful staff who spoke English. Daily cleaning.

Cons: Rooms are very small and difficult to open luggage and I was only one person. I think it would be difficult for two people to share the space.
