Pros: perfect, dat is super kind and welcoming. bed and shower were nice.

Pros: Very clean 🫧 and good place ... Metro is 5 min and ojima is peaceful neighbourhood

Pros: The place is close to the train station, 7-11 and Mcdonald's for our morning coffee, the owner sent us links to his favorite restaurants in walking distance through whatsapp, and I had a problem booking our next hotel, the owner did it on his phone for us and gave the hotel his phone number directy so if there was a problem he could help as we are Canadians and speak little Japanese, this level of service was absolutely amazing, price was great

Pros: The host’s kindness as well as the accessibility of the house

Cons: The room needed to be better soundproofed. We could hear all the steps and even the AC in the room next door (aside from that, everything was fine)

A great place to stay when visiting Tokyo

Pros: It was a great location and the host is very friendly. A really nice house and neighbourhood to stay in. Easy to get everywhere by train. They provided towels and have a washing machine if needed

Great property to stay at for traveler(s) looking for a place to rest while exploring Tokyo!

Pros: Perfect stay for a 6 day trip for a solo traveler. Dat is very friendly, communicative, and helpful. The home is in a very quiet and convenient location, just about a 10 minute walk from S15 on the Shinjuku line and about 7 minutes from the Family Mart. I stayed in the Traditional Japanese room -- mattress, small table, floor chair, luggage mat and a clothing rack to hang your clothes, and a small fridge for a few items. Toilet and Sink were just outside of the room, the shower (loved the pressure and temp control) and laundry spot was just down the stairs. Check-in is super easy, and Dat is extremely helpful if you need help with anything around the city. If you're looking for a place to rest after a long day of exploring, this place is ideal.

Cons: Not really a negative, but the property is very quiet. I didn't want to make too much noise when I returned home in the evening. Moreso a 'me' thing than something I didn't like.

Pros: 部屋は広くて、畳部屋、一人だったので快適でした。 バス、トイレは共用ですが綺麗で一度も他の方と重なることはありませんでした

Für mich war es ein gemütlicher und angenehmer Einstieg für Tokio!

Pros: Die Wohnung liegt außerhalb des großen Trubels, aber gut mit der Metro verbunden, was ich als angenehm empfand. Das Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet, der Gastgeber sehr freundlich.

Cons: Die Wände sind dünn, also konnte ich meinen Zimmernachbarn telefonieren hören. Dat hat zwar versucht die Wand geräuschdichter zu machen und es gibt sogar ein Buch mit Hausregeln, indem steht, dass man nicht laut telefonieren soll. Dat kann also nicht wirklich was dafür, der Nachbar hätte einfach leiser sein müssen.
